This is the worst McDonaldâs in the country. They must intentionally try to be as slow as they are, it is laughable. The franchisee must not care at all because the amount of business they lose due to lack of staff and or staff doing nothing is insane.

Last night we go through the drive through and start to place an order. I was then informed that only chicken nuggets could be ordered I asked why and was told that no one on duty knew how to make burgers even the manager. They were rude and still with only night meals ordered didnât get the order correct. Should have been large meals came out as medium and the nuggets and fries were old and cold.

Pull up to the drive thru just to be told nobody can make any kind of burgerâŠâŠ why are you open if you canât make the food on the menu. If the supply you need to make food is sold, thatâs understandable. But nobody at the store could make a burgerâŠâŠ. Come on now do better McDonaldâs. The âmangerâ on duty had horrible attitude and so did the rest of the crew.

Extremely rude staff. Long wait times to get any food, and even when you do get food they canât fill orders correctly. Anytime we get something from here it is incorrect. Staff wonât fix it either if you bring it to their attention. This was the large fry we orderedâ it came out not even half full. I understand itâs a college town and hard to get people to work at fast food restaurants, but there has to be some more competent people than the ones that already work here. I donât understand what is difficult about CORRECTLY filling orders in a TIMELY manner.

Ice cream machine is always down and 3 year plds do not understand
I love this place and the people that work here, however, my favorite frappe is rarely available because the machine is always "broken". That's why I took a star away. Other than that, it's great! âĄ
