University has by far the worst employees for overnight shift. Horrible & snooty attitudes. They purposely messed up my order as simple as it was, they over salted the fries and literally threw my burger in the bag any kind of way. I came back, the manager there was decent enough to make it right but the cashier and the cooks need to be fired.

McDonald's on university has the most unprofessional workers. I have had Several bad experiences from the rudeness of some staff members. When you try to bring it to the management team. They are looking at you like you crazy. I know they had to hear the conversation how I was being mishandled. Customer service can make or break a business.

Awesome, friendly, clean, quick, the realest. We hit them two nights in a row with a bus full of high-school debaters and they were gracious and patient with us and speedy with the delicious food. Would go back a thousand times over, although they might get a little tired of us. Thanks, crew! Y'all were awesome!

this McDonald's location has extremely rude employees. on several different occasions my experience in the drive through line and dining in was extremely poor. these employees customer service is extremely poor and super rude. they also have super slow service and occasionally only take drive thru orders from the window, making the line super long (several times I've spent 45 minutes- an hour in the line). one time I was waiting in the drive thru after I placed my order and tried to pop inside and use the restroom and an older woman at the counter SCREAMED at me telling me the bathrooms were not available for use. I understand the bathrooms weren't in use but the screaming was crazy. Also the constant attitude from the workers will ruin your night. Would give this place ZERO stars if I could.
