The door dash app said my order was completed and when I came in it was not even started. There was employees walking around on the phone as well as the manager. I finally got my customers order after a 10 minute wait after it said it was ready.

Everything I have ordered from this McDonald’s is always fresh and absolutely scrumptious. The staff are Wilburt and customer service as well. He treats everyone like family.

Spent $30 on the mobile app for an order for pick up at 10:43pm on 10/23/25, come in to pick up my food, wait for an hour and a half just to find out that “they called my number” before I had even arrived and then said they can’t give me my food because of their “policy.” Do not spend your money at this sorry excuse for a McDonalds. I get that it’s fast food so you can’t expect the best service, but c’mon. An hour and a half and $30, and no food or drink to show for it at all. The workers are terrible, the food is dry, and it takes 15 mins on a good day to get your food. Terrible restaurant. Needs to hire better managers. And really just an entire new and better staff.

Would be a lot faster if they’d take your order at the intercom instead of “pull to the last window to order.” Happens a lot at night. Been here 25 minutes and still haven’t gotten to the window even with an online order. Sucky management.

If I could I’d leave no stars, went over there on the drive thru and said “there’s no menu on the board can’t see anything” then this dude was like “well tell me what you’re feelin then” what the?! Rude service, everyone in there thinks they’re all that but one person that helped me and kind.

Well, it's McDonalds so the food is self explanatory. I've received very polite and quick service every time I've gone to this one. The ladies that work there are so professional and polite. They deserve a raise for their lovely attitudes.

Ordered curbside when I left my house (10 minute drive), got there and waited in a spot for 20 minutes until I finally decided to go through the drive-through and they told me to tell someone at the next window. When I got there I saw that they had the order just sitting there, getting cold. And I was missing my large fry.
