Would be a lot faster if they’d take your order at the intercom instead of “pull to the last window to order.” Happens a lot at night. Been here 25 minutes and still haven’t gotten to the window even with an online order. Sucky management.

Well, it's McDonalds so the food is self explanatory. I've received very polite and quick service every time I've gone to this one. The ladies that work there are so professional and polite. They deserve a raise for their lovely attitudes.

Ordered curbside when I left my house (10 minute drive), got there and waited in a spot for 20 minutes until I finally decided to go through the drive-through and they told me to tell someone at the next window. When I got there I saw that they had the order just sitting there, getting cold. And I was missing my large fry.

The burger was hot and as expected. The fries were slightly undercooked. My husband said there was NO water, no soap and no hand sanitizer in the men's bathroom.

This is what I get for eating at McDonald's thinking that it had changed since I had last been there about 2 years ago.. I checked to see if there were any cars in the drive-through, reasoning that if there were, my food would stand a better chance of being hot. My fries tasted like they had been cooked previously and then dunked back down in hot oil, and my burger was so lukewarm that the cheese wasn't even melted. The person who handed my food out was nice, but they didn't even put any napkins in my bag. That's probably my last time to try McDonald's again in Oxford.
