Fries were cold and droopy; quarter pounder meat was dry, overcooked, fairly tasteless; took forever to get it in the drive thru, and when I finally did I was sorry I ever came! Gone with the wind is McDonald's of the 70's and 80's. I'm never going back...

If you walk in this McDonald’s you automatically will have special powers where you are invisible. No acknowledgement from employees they just stare as if not seen. Photo shows me waiting 10 min finally just walked out.

I ordered a quarter pounder meal and was given a mcdouble with a small fry. The drive thru worker told me it was a quarter pounder meal when I brought this up. Terrible service and the food was cold.

This McDonald’s is an absolute disgrace and a testament to poor management. I have had countless bad experiences here, but tonight’s incident was the final straw. After an exhausting night of studying for my exam, I decided to treat myself to some cookies. What I encountered was nothing short of infuriating. After paying at the window, I was told to pull forward because my order "wasn’t ready yet." I waited patiently in the rain, only for my cookies to never arrive. Adding insult to injury, the inside of the restaurant was closed, and the drive-thru line was constantly moving with new cars, leaving me no way to address the situation. This level of incompetence is completely unacceptable. How hard is it to prepare a simple order and ensure it’s delivered? The owner of this location should be thoroughly ashamed of how poorly this restaurant operates. It’s clear that customer service and basic operational standards are not priorities here. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future, and I strongly recommend that others do the same until serious improvements are made.

They charge you extra for EVERYTHING - water, sauces, etc. And if it’s something that they somehow can’t justify charging you for, it’s impossible to get someone to help you - an extra fork, ketchup, fixing an order.
Just an overall - meh - experience. Food was fine, about what you’d expect.
Every time I've been to this location in Oxford ive had nothing but good experiences! I've been here for breakfast a lot and the morning crew are so nice and always get my order right and it's always fresh too!! If you want a delicious frappe go here if you want fresh food from McDonald's then choose this location!!
