I waited for 30 minutes to be told I must have ordered for another store. I explained I ordered in house at the kiosk. They said they didn't have that order number and I pointed to the order board that had my order number displayed. The cashier just walked away and didn't say anything. I waited 10 more minutes for them to come back so I could ask for a refund. She did start to give me a refund without any complaint but right as she went to do it my food came out. I told her if the food was done I was okay to go without a refund. But the food was cold so I think the order was made and set aside before they realized that was the one I was waiting for.

Every time i come here (I’ve lived in Oxford for 5 years) it magically gets worse. I can’t count how many times I’ve gotten the wrong order, somthing is missing, or I’m spending 30+ minuets waiting on my food. I thought the whole point of fast food was the convenience, but it’s everything but that. I get it you work at McDonald’s and I’m sure it’s not fun but there is little to no respect from the employees the least you could do is be nice while bagging and handing out food. I want to continue to support this location, but i don’t foresee that happening

They say they’re open 24 hours but when you go to the drive thru past 1:00am no one will even take your order. Might be the worst run business in Oxford and I’m 8th generation.
