Always love Newks for a chicken salad sandwich and a bowl of soup. The food has always been good and the service too. Its not fast food trash and is prepared to order and delivered to your table by a pleasant server. Like everywhere else, prices have increased somewhat. Have been multiple times and will return.

The food is so tiny here! The half sandwich was barely three inches long. That’s half of a half!

Steer clear. Asked for no mayonnaise on my sandwich. They piled on the mayo and left off the honey mustard. Secondly, the salad was soggy with dressing. Thirdly, the douche behind the counter yelled across the restaurant that no more than one pack of salad sticks was allowed for carry out order. That made everyone turn around and look at me as though I'm a free loader. Gosh, I'm such a bum. I walked out with a whole TWO packs of sticks. Soooo horrible I took an extra nickel's worth of cracker stics.

I really didn't want to leave this review because I'm not really the person to complain much but I have had a number of issues with this Newk's location. First, about a month ago, I placed an order for a CAULIFLOWER pizza. The pizza came out and looked funny (more fluffy than usual) so I got the waitress' attention and asked her "Is this the cauliflower crust?" and she assured me "Yes!" But it still didn't feel right... I tried a bite and it didn't really taste like it usually does... So I got the waitress again and said "Can you double check that this is cauliflower crust? I'm allergic to gluten and need to know that it's 100% cauliflower crust" and she said "Yes, I'll go check with the cooks." She came back and said "They said it was cauliflower crust." So I trusted them. Sure enough, I was sick for about 2-3 hours after eating the pizza... guess it wasn't cauliflower crust after all. Even though I was irritated, I decided to let it go and thought maybe they just made a mistake. Second, about 2 weeks ago, I ordered a to-go order of BBQ chicken pizza on cauliflower crust with a Caesar salad (with grilled chicken). Well, they got the cauliflower crust part right this time... but there was NO chicken on either the pizza or the salad. Even though I had specifically ordered that. So no protein on anything. Lastly (tonight), I decided to let them prove me wrong and give them a 3rd chance... so I ordered delivery on the Newk's app. I got a pizza with a little rice crispy treat. The order said it was coming, then it said the driver was near. But it was never delivered; it was canceled. I was furious, so I called Newk's. I got no apology, I just got someone who said that it "wasn't their fault." Then I asked why it was canceled in the first place, and they couldn't give me an answer. I understand that it's a 3rd party associated with the delivery, but maybe Newk's should at least require them to give the restaurant a reason for cancellation. In conclusion, the management here is obviously having issues. The food is always great, when they get it right, but the communication needs some major work. I will only go to the Newk's on Jackson Avenue instead of this one from now on...

Not my place to eat. Pizza was OK. But my partner's sandwich didn't have any flavor in the chicken.

Very upsetting. 1 month ago we had great service food and experience. Now we try to get food. But they’re training new employee and laughing at being unable to use POS system. Then other employee comes to assist and is unable to help fix system. Ends up laughing at me and their inability to use system. Happened December 3. Comes back December 4 and we’re hit with high pricing and missing items. Unacceptable.

This one star is for Newks as a whole not just this location. I love Newks but the new call in order automated system is a joke a frustrating. Please change to a real person in the restaurant.

Best chef salad I've ever eaten. Had a pizza too but didn't like it. Dry and not many toppings.

$11.99 for a ridiculously small pizza wasn't worth it, it was the size of a regular size microwave pizza you can buy at grocery store for $3.Maybe the other food might be better but I am not sure.I just won't go back, nothing against the staff honestly, they was amazing by surprise. The CEO needs to take this advice and get bigger pizza, we know they got all the money. The cashier understood the situation and refunded the $11.99 without any problems, employee handled the situation amazingly great along with the staff, they was great why they got a 5 Star.

I know people who own the franchise in Texas and while getting my son off to college, I stopped in. A few hours later, I was sick on the tortilla soup. Called the manager and they said the soup is pre made off site; but no offer for coupon or anything. Will never go back. I haven't been sick on a meal in I don't know how long.
