I had the shrimp gyro. It was loaded down with shrimp. It reminded me of a po boy almost but in a wrap. It was excellent. The tomato soup was great as well. We went for our office holiday meal. Everyone enjoyed their food. We all got a variety of things from the menu. Will definitely be back.

This is not authentic Greek nor is it Greek owned. So here are some tips from a Greek for the beef/lamb gyro: -Season the meat with oregano, salt, pepper. Then add sparse amounts of whatever you’re adding now. -More tzatziki. Your tzatziki also needs more dill and you need to increase the ratio of yogurt you use. It shouldnt be so thick. Also you need a LOT more of it on the gyro. Was there feta in there? Tased like it. That’s fine, but if you do that, you need to whip it in more. If you didn’t… interesting. -GET RID OF THE LETTUCE. -Slice the red onions thinner. They should be short thin strips. Marinate the red onion in dill, oregano, and a bit of yogurt before you add them to the gyro. -You need fresher pita. Also??? CINNAMON AND MAPLE SYRUP ON BAKLAVA? I don’t know why you’re trying to ruin a good thing. You have two nations fighting over who created it. There is absolutely no reason for this. Good luck and Godspeed.

Just spent $40 on the lamb chops and literally were 4 bites. Incredibly expensive for a very small amount of food. But I will say the lamb was good and so were the mashed potatoes.
There was barely anyone there when I visited but I had to ask for my order to be taken. Food was delicious but service was just okay ??♀️

Oliva was so so sweet and so was the owner. We enjoyed the Mediterranean trio appetizer and you have to get it. I loved the Greek house salad. My friends got the chicken quesadilla which rocked and the chicken gyro. One of my favorite restaurants in Oxford. Fun atmosphere and have happy hour and specials. Live music returning in the fall. Patio looks fun
