Ordered in the app at 12:20 pm. Received our 4 person order 36 minutes later. Aside from the lengthy wait for essentially fast food the sandwiches were all bread, minimal toppings. The Mac n cheese bowl which was tiny to begin with wasn’t even filled for my son. Store Seemed under staffed also so that is on management as far as I’m concerned. Best thing about going to Panera is leaving. I will never spend my money at Panera again. No idea how you guys are still in business.

Saw the McDonald’s line go around twice from the drive through. How hard is it to heat up a premade sandwich, we were in line for nearly 30 minutes.
The workers were also super disorganized and they weren’t sure what our order was when we went from the machine to window which is just two car lengths apart.

I don’t know why this doesn’t have better ratings. It’s rare to get healthy food at such a good price in Oxford.

Always been a positive experience for us. Clean and spacious dining area, with tasty food. We order via the kiosk so our customer service interactions are pretty limited. But all in all, it’s been solid! I always find Panera a bit pricey for what it is, but that’s not anything unique to this location
