This place is the most horrendous food joint I have been to. Multiple times we have had issues. Today we ordered online to pick up to avoid the 60 minute wait that is typical here, when I got there to pick up my food I was informed that someone had already picked it up and taken it. They were irritated with me that they had to remake my food when they were the ones that gave it to someone else. I witnessed an employee ask a lady waiting for her food “WHAT” like she was inconveniencing him for having to make her food that she was patiently waiting for. I have never left a Google review in my life and this is my first one. If I was the owner of this franchise, I would fire every one of those people immediately and replace them because no one in that location has an ounce of customer service in their body. 30$ for breakfast with that kind of service the food should have had magical healing powers but instead it tasted like cardboard and looked like it got run over by a train.

Went through the drive through last Friday afternoon. Ordered a pick 2 with turkey and cheese plain with melted cheese and Mac and cheese. After paying I checked my order and they failed to melt the cheese. I asked them to melt the cheese like I ordered and the girl told me she couldn’t take it back and I had to go back through the line and order and pay again. No apology for getting my order wrong just a slam in the face with the door. Very disappointing. Don’t think I will be going back.

My charged lemonade costed $5 and it tasted like someone farted in my drink. it genuinely is nasty and like pizza was so mid that the 20$ i spent made me feel like a victim of a drive by robbery. the lady at the window was very nice, i hope she didn’t know how heinous this drink tasted because that’s a hate crime if she knowingly served me that. I need answers, why does my charged lemonade taste like sweat it is not good.

Not only did my order take an eternity to arrive, but when it did, the food was cold and tasteless.The atmosphere was far from welcoming, with unclean tables and an overall lack of attention to hygiene. It's disheartening to see a once-reliable establishment fall so far in terms of customer satisfaction. Panera used to be a go-to for a quick and decent meal, but after this experience, I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon.I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for Panera to reevaluate its commitment to quality service and maintain the standards that customers expect.

We just went through the drive through about 20 min ago. The service was terrible when we were ordering and the guy was so rude. We asked for ham and cheese sandwiches with Mac n cheese on the side and a broccoli cheddar soup. We just got home and received 2 sandwiches with everything on them and may i add, i am allergic to mayonnaise. We also got another mac n cheese instead of the broccoli cheddar soup. Honestly extremely unprofessional service. We are so disappointed with our experience.
Service (one girl at the front counter) was exceptionally friendly.Food presentation was extremely sloppy. Care for the customer was NOT evident. Simple egg and bacon on an everything bagel is hard to mess up but this was the sloppiest bagel sandwich I’ve seen….bottom 10 of all bagels in my life.Sad, considering how much Panera Bread asks for all their food. $$
