Best burger that I've had in Mississippi. The fries are good, but a little on the soggy side, the Banana Pudding is average. My wife loved her cheese steak and the fried pickles.

Love this place. It almost made my five-star list which is very hard to get on to. The food was well prepared and served. The service was great. The atmosphere was friendly casual. Definitely a place I'll be going back to it. Might even move up to five stars after a few visits.
I had the smokehouse Burger. It had smoked sausage, barbecue sauce, bacon, burger patty, cheddar cheese.

My first time eating here. ???The food is awesome. I got smoke house burger and sweet potato fries. I really like the meat is not frozen patty and is flame grilled. The fries tasted fresh. I had ginger root and lemon water. So good. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Love the building, actually rustic. Neat stuff to look at inside. I ate outside on the porch. So comfortable. I will definitely be back, when I'm back in town.
The burgers are the best outside of homemade. Good sweet tea. The fries are hand cut and smelled awesome. I thought the fries would be crispier but everything was good. Want to go back and try something else. I had the burger and bacon with cheese.
Parking: It has some tables inside and out and maybe parking for 20 give or take pretty easily.

The burger and fried okra was super on point. I had the bacon cheeseburger, and it was cooked to perfection. We only waited ten minutes for our food and the staff was super polite. Shout out Mrs Amanda Harlan Whitehorn for recommending this
Came here with my granny earlier today right at opening (11am)and was the second order number. Wait was very short compared to expected since our order was right at opening time and it was a bacon cheeseburger, seasoned fries, fried pickle chips, a philly cheese steak sandwich, and mushrooms (all good i recommend) and was out in about 10-15 minutes, i forgot exactly when. Food was delicious and they are just really nice out here! definetley a 10 star if i could give it!
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly food-wise with items like mozzarella sticks and fried chicken basket.
Wheelchair accessibility: Decent wheelchair acessibility with a ramp and wheelchair spots.

Love heading here to visit my son at Ole Miss. Being born and raised in the Philly area, cheesesteaks are a bit of a love/judge affair for me. Such a simple sandwich, and not many get it right. Well Phillips Grocery gets it right.Service is walk up counter and order, with self serve soda fountain and is quick, friendly and easy. Nab a drink and sit inside the comfy casual interior or head outside if the weather allows. I have been able to sit outside on the porch which I prefer and love it.Going during game weekends or special events, or right at lunch time can be quite a wait for ordering, getting your food and finding a table. Not a large place, but if able go during off times and not on a game weekend! My last visit was just before the LSU game around 11am and we had to wait for our food for about 30m. Not too bad as it was busy (not as busy as it can be) but weather was great and porch seats were available. Sit, chat and watch the world go by (thanks to self serve soda!).Sandwiches were spot on, hot and fresh and cheese perfectly melted into the meat. They are a bit smaller than the Philly based sandwiches I grew up with but very good and worth the wait.Do yourself a favor and make time to visit, and if too busy come back when less of a crowd, well worth the wait.
