Absolutely delicious. Ordered the red curry - can pick your protein and spice level 1-5 which was awesome. Very very good, always done quickly, love this place.

This place opens when they want to & doesn’t open if they don’t feel like it! Drove 20 minutes to eat here on a Saturday night at 5:15pm and the doors are locked & dark inside! The hours say they are supposed to be open! This is the 2nd TIME this has happened to us here! Pick SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Waiter/front counter worker had no personality. I felt like my presence was inconvenient for him. I have one phrase for Pick Thai Hut — Don’t pick it!!

We tried 3 dishes: red curry, pad Thai, and my daughter got the teriyaki chicken. We also had coconut shrimp. All were very good and friendly owner/waiter made it a lot of fun!

This place is so good! The food was fast, hot and ready! So tasty and perfect Thai food for the south! We got the fried egg rolls, crab wontons (I think crab Rangoon) pad Thai medium spicy and Thai fried rice add chicken! So good! Staff was friendly! Def going back

I was really really rooting for this place, and I am sad that I’m leaving this review. We ordered drunken noodles, panang curry, and some other unmemorable dishes. There weren’t wide noodles in our drunken noodles, which we figured they may have run out, no worries. But it had only two pieces of bell pepper and lacked depth of flavor, most of it coming from dried red pepper flakes. For the price of the panang, we figured it would come with rice (again not a big deal) but then we found a hair in it. Overall the dishes fell flat in flavor and the hair did not help. We called to explain and ask for a refund and as we were doing so they hung up on us. Do yourself a favor and go to the place across the street, Rice and Spice.

One of the worst Thai meals I've ever had, period. The pad Thai I ordered was soupy and watery. I asked for a 5/5 heat and it was mildly spicy at best. The wings were shriveled, dry, and were served swimming in a pool of scalding hot, greasy, watery sauce. The chicken teriyaki was bland and underwhelming, and was mostly just chicken and vegetables served with a teriyaki sauce instead of prepared teriyaki style. This place used to be much better. I'm not sure if they changed chefs or management or something.Try one of the other Oxford Thai restaurants instead.

I eat Thai food in different parts of the country, and am glad to have had a decent dinner here. 1. The dish has a nice and refreshing presentation instead of a messy plate. 2. I ordered spicy basil beef, and the combination of heat and sweetness worked well. It is a place worth a try

So amazing ? I’m so glad they’re back in oxford! We ordered the ginger stir fry and pad thai. Can never go wrong with this!

The return of Pick Thai is one of the best things I've heard all year. When the first location opened years ago, I virtually lived off of their food because it was that good. I moved away for four years and when I found out they reopened it was the first place I visited on my return to Oxford. The food tastes just as delicious as it did years ago and I highly recommend it to anyone!

I was so sad to leave Oxford 4 years ago, because that meant leaving Pick Thai. When I heard the University Inn location closed I was devastated. They’ve since re-opened and it is the same if not BETTER!!! Pick Thai has the best flavors of any Thai place I’ve tried. The Pad Thai tofu and Pick Thai Fried Rice are THE BEST! If you haven’t tried it, you should!!!

Unfortunately had a negative experience.. I love thai food and have traveled a lot and since I was home I was going to try a new place. I remembered the old Pick Thai, and I thought this was the same place but reopened. I really don't think it is. I had the pad thai which at $11 I was expecting a good meal. The worst thing about it was probably that the shrimp were not fully thawed when the cook threw them in the pan. Consequently, before the noodles and other ingredients had time to fry and bronze a bit, the pan was full of water and so I basically had a watery plate of boiled noodles instead of a stir fry. To top it off, I am 99% sure there was barbecue sauce in it. I was honest to the waitress that I was not pleased but I did still have to pay of course. I hate leaving a negative review but I just did not leave with a good feeling and it was really not cool. '

This has quickly become my go to place for comfort food. Tofu pad Thai or any of the curry options are my favorites. Try the crab angels and dipping sauce!!!!

I actually lived in Thailand for 4 months. And I like my food super spicy, and no local Thai restaurants make it actually spicy and it's not even remotely authentic, Pick Thai'sfood is the most authentic Thai food in oxford. It's not americanized, and while it doesn't taste exactly like food you would get in thailand, it tastes pretty close. The owner's name is Axe, he's a super nice guy, and all his employees are super nice people, like I'm literally going to cook them alligator stew and take it to them cuz I mentioned I bought some alligator and they wanted to try it so I'm taking them food. I will say, if you've never tried squid, you should try it. It's super good on red or panning curry. But all their food is good. I'm just glad they're back, after moving. So go eat there it's good.
