We waited for more than an hour for pizza to be delivered. We called and found out that our order had been canceled because they couldn’t find the apartment allegedly. Manager was super unapologetic and unwilling to send out another order. Will never order from this location again.

Ordered a pizza online for delivery, somewhere around 6:40pm on 10-21-22. After waiting and waiting, we see the driver left the store. About 10 minutes after that, the driver calls to tell us he isn't bringing the pizza and that it would be much better if we just came and got it. That was not possible at the time, and we asked if another driver could possibly bring it. He said "yeah but honestly it'd be much better if you just came and picked it up yourself." This is after paying all the necessary fees for online orders, and pre tipping the driver. Called store for refund, they put us on hold for about 20 minutes before telling us he was on his way back. Still waiting as I'm typing this review.

Needs a whole new staff. Have canceled my order twice, never correct when they have actually fulfilled it.

A complete bunch of idiots work at this location. Got 20 excuses as too why food was not delivered. Best was that they could not find there delivery driver. Another was, we are overwhelmed. Got very cold pizza and bad attitude. Piss poor service and bad staff attitudes.

If I could give a negative number, I would. I called In my pizza and was told 25 to 30 minutes. Called the order in at 622 and got there at 7. Looked on the screen and said order ready. I keep standing looking at cashier and another person I assume is the manager. Finally the manager asked if I've been helped. I relied no, but it says my order is ready. I pay for it and no one says anything, they don't bring the pizza and they continue to scurry around. I finally asked, isn't it ready to be told just a minute. I left out of there approximately 730, over an hour since I had placed the order. I truly felt sorry for the cashier, I feel the problem lies with the management because he is the one that took my initial order. Very disorganized. I will not go back.

Service is Fast. I did Crubside. Our pizza was Perfect along with the Cheesesticks. Thank you....Will Absolutely be coming Back.
Quite possibly the worst Pizza Hut I've ever ordered from in terms of service and speed. They will take two hours to deliver to you if they even deliver at all. Two times in a row, they simply just didn't deliver my order before closing - and one time the manager even tried to claim that they had, in fact, delivered said order. Never order from this location - just pick Papa John's or Domino's or something.

I visited for first time. Rarely order pizza but had limited time. How long I ask? Replied 10 to 15 minutes. I ordered thin pizza. Went to adjacent store nearby, and came back 15 minutes later. It's not ready. Is that my pizza being made (seeing thin pizza go in oven)? No response. I wait another 8 to 10 minutes. No pizza - it is oven. Takes time - they tell me. I am now approaching 30 minutes. I said I had limited time. Can I get my money back? Yes. Wait another 5 minutes. Sign here. I sign - response "it should go through - hope so". Can I get copy of credit? Oh yes here - paper given showing credit to card. Leave. It's horrible.
