If i could give 0 stars I would. The service was absolutely terrible and the attitude from the workers was ridiculous. They were out of everything and wouldn’t get more stuff from the back. Beyond disappointed.

I’ve been eating at this place for last 5 years and love me some rice bowl. This year the staff working here is terrible especially the lady with long hair at the food section. I asked her for extra rice today she said that she can’t and was very mean. Just dumping food and throwing things in my bowl. Y’all need to train your staff better ppl working here this year is just rude and bad. What happened? The old lady who used to work here last year was so nice! The food portion is bad for $9 not even half the bowl and they don’t listen. Very Disappointed

Prices have increased and portions have shrunk. They're also constantly out of certain ingredients, which is why you should always look to see what they have before starting an order. Don't waste your money

The portions are getting worse. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl. It did not even go to the top. There were no fajita vegetables, either. I normally order online through the Starship. Glad I didn't today. The rice was undercooked. I guess I will start choosing Panda Express for my meals.

The rice is never cooked right, it’s always crunchy, portions for the meats are too small when we’re paying that much for a burrito and or bowl, workers don’t really care about food quality or good service

The food is good but the portions have gotten worse recently. My last irder was a burrito bowl and I got maybe a spoonful of rice. About the same as much beef and cheese. At together I dont think it even covered the bottom of the bowl. I know they aren't going to pack it to the brim but that bowl wasnt even close to half full. I asked if I could have more rice and the girl just shrugged and said it'd be extra. For what was already maybe one spoonful of rice. The only thing they didn't skimp on was sour cream lol.It took me about 5 mins to eat the whole thing, not because I was starving but because there wasn't hardly anything there. Not worth the 10.99 they charged for it - I'd get a better deal at freaking Chipotle.

I received a disappointing burrito bowl: restaurant was out of most ingredients. Workers did not listen to me so I had to ask them to do the same task multiple times. Service was bad overall.

Very disappointed, we are not asking for free food we are paying for it. You won’t get what you need you’ll get what they wanted to serve you that’s it. They won’t listen to your words they’ll just dump whatever they want into your bowl. Whenever we ask for something they say we are running out of it, then why are you taking full price if you are not in a situation to serve everything. They won’t care while adding to your bowl whether it falls into your bowl or someone’s else bowl, felt like careless.
