Pretty bummed went last night drink order was completely wrong , then food comes they brought the wrong burger and accidentally mixed fry seasoning with the funnel cake fries , then bill comes and it’s wrong - then he told us he was correcting the bill and I check this morning and that wasn’t done either .on a positive note nice employees and nice music . Wont be back accept to have them fix charges today .

My friend and I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment. After confirming with the bartender that we could take our to-go Diet Coke and ginger ale with us (as we do not drink alcohol), we were met with completely unprofessional and inappropriate behavior from the bouncers. Despite following proper protocol, we were harassed by the security staff—who appeared to be around 20 years old—laughed at, and treated as if we were unintelligent. Their dismissive and condescending attitude made us feel disrespected and unwelcome.
To ensure we weren’t in the wrong, we later confirmed with police officers that it is not illegal to take soda out of a bar, which only reinforced how unjustified and out of line the bouncers’ behavior was. The blatant lack of professionalism and basic customer courtesy was unacceptable, and we left feeling uncomfortable and belittled. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values respectful and competent service.

I’m writing to bring attention to an upsetting incident that occurred during my recent visit to your establishment. One of your female employees was extremely rude to me and even attempted to bend or break my real ID while checking it. I fully understand and respect the need to verify IDs, but the way I was treated was both unprofessional and unnecessary. The bouncer's dismissive and hostile attitude made the experience uncomfortable, and attempting to damage my legitimate ID was completely out of line. This experience has made me question whether I want to return to Quacks, which is upsetting because I’ve enjoyed coming here in the past. I hope this matter can be addressed, as no customer should be made to feel unwelcome or mistreated.

I was in town on Saturday night visiting from the Gulf Coast just to see Ole Miss and Oxford. Although I am a senior citizen (67), I had a great time meeting people in town and at the tailgating on campus. But I have to say that everyone at Quacks, including the staff, bartenders, and young people there was a highlight of my experience. I highly recommend this place for their great hospitality and atmosphere!!!

Luke may be new to the restaurant business, but he has it dialed in! The staff are efficient and professional while maintaining a smile. The fries are perfectly seasoned. But… as a woman, is the restrooms that won me over. Thanks for having a decent restroom. It is SO APPRECIATED!

I was super excited to have a vegan hot dog in Oxford, but was quickly disappointed with the quality of the food. The bun was stale and the fries old. This certainly falls well below the bar of “gourmet” they proudly boast on their sign and menu and hardly passes as bar food. The staff was super nice and accommodating and atmosphere seems cool for a drink or a place to watch the game, but the food is mediocre at best.
Vegetarian options: Lightlife plant based hotdog in a very stale bun.
