Took a whole hog head to my buddy David at Rebel Barn and he smoked this bad boy to PERFECTION! Highly recommend you use the Barn and let David handle your next catering order. Hell, even just go enjoy a meal at his place. You won’t regret. Fantastic service, food is simply amazing and David is a first class guy.

When we went, it was about 5:00 so we were early for a rush and we had a table for 7. Three of us ordered a slab of ribs and others ordered other stuff. They never came back to tell us they only had 2 1/2 slabs untill they brought out everyone's dinner. They brought out a 1/2 slab for my kids to share and said they had to cook more but should be right out, everyone finished their dinner and i gave my slab to the kids so they could eat.and still no ribs. We are sitting there waiting for our ribs and the check. Finally the ribs come out and had them put it in a togo And leave. The food had good flavor but communication need work.
