Was going to order from this restaurant and it kept sending me a message to order online! Guess if they don't take calls we can order some where else!!! Tried numerous times to call and same automated messages!!! Are you closed? Is this business incapable of answering the phone for customers questions, is this business even open or for sale??? A real disappointing time to order when it doesn't allow???????????????

The pizza here is quite delicious! You can also sit in the lobby and chill for a long time. Their service is also good.

The food took well over an hour and a half and then my buddy ordered a slice and a salad and after an hour and a half they told him they couldn't do it. Pizza was ok but an hour and a half for ok pizza isn't great.

In business honesty is important. Tried the deep dish pizza only to discover it is frozen pizza. Frozen dough, something that resembles cheese , topped off with some weird sauce. Wasn’t cheap either, worst pizza I’ve had in a while

We are originally from Chicago, but live in Alabama now & when we found out there was a Rosati’s, we had to try it out & it definitely did not disappoint!

First time trying Rosati's in Oxford. One of the best pizzas I've had. Great service as well

We walked in to eat today, there was only one line of pizza for slices, we were told a 10 min wait for cheese, about 25-30min goes by still no cheese, we walk in to see the employees sitting at a table with there laptops open, when I asked if they forgot about us they said oh no it will be another 10min, as I’m walking out I hear the employee say to the other “see this is what I’m taking about”

When they finally bring our pizza, the dough was raw, I bring our slices back and tell the employee these are raw, I go to use the restroom I come back to hear the other employee tell the girl “do you know when dough looks wet, this isn’t raw I don’t know what there talking about”

When I came back from using the restroom my husband was paying for drinks I kindly told the employee she should probably tell the other to be a little quieter if they are going to talk about there customers inappropriately, it’s a place of work not a place for you to do homework or gossip about customers when they can hear you.

I personally am from Chicago so to see such distasteful customer service and sloppy pizza making, on a food chain that is so popular and a staple to Chicago was disappointing. I don’t know how much longer this place will be open.

Was there eating just now by the front door with my husband. They propped the front door wide open and the cold air was coming in . The delivery guy looked like he was finished but it was like everyone just disappeared. Very rude of them, and very poor customer service. I would not recommend them.

This is hands down one of the best deep-dish pizzas I’ve ever had! The flavor is outstanding, with a buttery, flaky crust, gooey cheese, and a slightly sweet tomato sauce base. As a self-proclaimed pizza connoisseur who’s tried countless pies across the country, this one truly stands out as one of my absolute favorites. What an incredible dish to indulge in! Kaylie was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the menu and offering exceptional service that went above and beyond. During my short visit, I dined at several great spots in the area, but this was by far my favorite. Thank you for the unbeatable combination of top-notch food and service—what a delightful experience!

Food is garbage! Service was just as bad. All employees stayed huddled up in rear of store just chatting.

Arrived at 8:20. Hours posted say open until ten. Took our dog to patio while my husband went inside to order. He came out and said they were only doing take out. When I went in to order, I was then told “we’re closed”! I asked why as their hours posted mention 10. She said “sorry, we’re losing money”. No thanks.

Nice little spot. Food came out pretty quickly. Pizza sauce very tangy and the Alfredo pasta had very few pieces of chicken and was super thick. Overall 6/10
