Rosti's pizza is one of the worst pizza places I have ever tried in my life. Who ever is the manager is of this establishment has terrible rules for their employees. There pizza cam out like plastic and the lady at the counter tipped her self more money than I intended to tip. I was not aware of how much she tipped till after she printed my receipt.The Rosti's service took 25 min for one pizza and we were the only ones in the restaurant.The ambiance is very cramped and small.

I saw deep dish pizza on the menu and being from Chicago. I was thrilled to get a taste of home. I did not get what I ordered. it was a dry, crusted, regular pizza, I know deep dish pizza and that was not it. I'll give them another try.

The service has dropped drastically since earlier this year, they're always messing up my orders, which are anonymous so who knows what other orders are gettin messed up.

Made an online order today while walking in the square, waited the 30 minutes as told after the order was placed and when we get there they said they didn’t see the order. Offered a 10% discount but we would have to wait 30 more minutes and we could not based on our time constraint. When we arrived at 2:20 pm there was no customers in the store. Basically no one was paying attention to the online orders. I guess they don’t need the business.
The pizza was pretty good, but service was subpar. The employee who took my order was rude & the other young lady working today was a bit rude to other people as well. We were excited to try them out, but I highly doubt we’ll be back.

I ordered from here via doordash and got the chicken parm, mozzarella sticks, and zeppole. They got everything correct, and can I just say the Zeppole with the Nutella is WORTH the trip on its own. One of the best things I’ve had in oxford

Not the best experience outside seating is almost inaccessible and the girl at the counter gave us no direction where to sit even with a full house. Had to go through what seemed like a storage hall in order to get to the out door seating.

I used to like this spot, but it won't be getting my business anymore. I went in to get my order for pickup and was told they had made my pizza but forgot to put cheese on it. Definitely a first in my experience ordering pizza. I asked how much longer it would be for a new pie and the waitress was evasive, repeating several times, "We just put it in the oven." Normally a sincere apology would be given or free drinks would be offered but none of that happened. The staff didn't seem too bothered by it. If this place has burned you and you're looking for another pizza option, I'd recommend the Domino's on Jackson Avenue. Their service and quality for the price will beat this spot out every time.
