We have been going to St. Leo for a long time and love the place and food, however on one occasion, our server Lauren H left a bad taste in our mouth. She started off okay but then turned very rude. We tried to order something that we order every time we go, she said they did not offer that ever when we have gotten it multiple times. We asked the food runner if they have it and he said yes and hell send the server over and she scoffed and said they never offer that. Then I heard my friend went there the next day and ordered the exact same thing without a fuss! I understand that something’s go off their menu or they run out of items but we saw others around us getting this item so we were disappointed and confused.

At the advice of my waiter, I ordered the Roasted Mushroom pizza. It was, without a doubt, the absolute best pizza I have ever eaten! Bravo! You MUST visit this restaurant when visiting Oxford, MS!

Crab toast appetizer was good but the rest was very substandard.

Just off the north west corner of the Square, St Leo is walking distance to and from all things Oxford.
Excellent drinks and apps. The dishes are elevated. One of the apps is grilled bread and it’s excellent.
Fresh salads. A variety of entrees and killer pizzas.
Ask them to cook it a minute longer in the pizza oven. It’s makes the edges have the crispy goodness that crust lovers love.
Excellent service. Not fast, but reasonable. They were very crowded on a Friday afternoon and performed well.
It’s also a great place to people watch. Saw friends from out of town, my hometown and Emeril was there. BAM!

I try Saint Leo every two years or so and it’s always the same: good not great. Food just isn’t amazing. Salad & pizza were both under seasoned. Crust was ok, could be softer. Enjoyed the Rosemary mocktail.

Always a solid choice in Oxford. Their pizzas and cocktails are great, brunch is my favorite (especially the polenta bowl), and the dining areas (inside and outside) are very nice! A bit pricey, depending on your budget, but you can tell they use quality ingredients and take great care with everything they do.
We were in town for a wedding and had dinner here on the 4th of July. Absolutely loved the atmosphere. The food was fabulous and it was the perfect spot to have a great dinner with other friends who were in town. I had the chicken piccata over noodles and the wine the waitress recommended to go with it was delicious and perfectly crispy for a warm summer night. Highly recommend stopping here for a bite when in Oxford!

Wonderful experience here. My brother and I had a hard travel day and we were so grateful to meet Lauren! I could not imagine going back without getting to experience dinner with her. She made us feel welcome and seen. Can’t wait to go back!
