I used to avoid this sonic because the service wasn’t great. But the last few times I’ve come, I’ve had Q as my car hop… Q is the best!! Fast, kind, upbeat. Makes me want to come more often!!!

The service is great, and as always the food is awesome, the food also seems to be made after I order it and is fresh and hot, unlike McDonald's, Burger King and a few other fast food places, this makes Sonic my place to go to.I wish Sonic would start selling 5, 10, 20, 30 and 40 peice chicken nuggets with sweet & sour, honey mustard, BBQ, Ranch, and the other sauces that McDonald's and burger king offer.I also wish that Sonic would offer 24 hour services as well like McDonald's does to give us a better choice for fast food or stay open until 2 am instead of closing at 9 pm.Since we're in a major ivy league college town that has around 2 thousand college students a year if not more then Sonic is losing out on those nights where we need a better option to get something to eat and all the money that should be going to Sonic and instead is going to McDonald's. I would rather have Sonic over Burger King any time.

Got the buffalo chicken dip bites and oh boy YUMMY so delicious hope it becomes a full menu item instead of limited time because it might just be my new go to. Also got coffee for the first time here and I'll definitely be back for more as I greatly enjoyed the cold coffee on this hot day.

I love how easy it is to order using the app! The food is always pretty good but I wanted to give a shout out to one of the car hops at this location. Her name is Zoe and she is always so very nice, offering customer service you just don’t see anymore. I hope she knows her kindness made my day!

It's sonic, so...just a quick pick up while we were in town. Nothing special, nothing bad. Food was basic sonic food, service was quick and pleasant.
Last night we went to this location around 9:50. We had ordered using the app, so when we got there, we checked in with the app. On the app, it would not allow us to continue our order unless we unselected BBQ sauce for our chicken strip meal so we did. We get our meal, and as expected, no BBQ sauce so we ordered it using the speaker. They initially wanted to change us but after telling them several times that we tried ordering it using the app, they brought some out free of charge. The car hop handed it to me, and I just put it in the bag and drove home. Upon arriving home and opening the bag to eat our supper, we discovered the car hop gave us syrup rather than BBQ sauce; one of our sandwiches was not dressed correctly and the last sandwich looked as though they dropped everything from five feet and wherever it landed on the sandwich, it landed. When you order from the app, it prints out detail by detail what the menu item should entail. They didn't even try it seems.

I like Sonic, but really dislike that I can't order Ice or Water in the app so that I have to pay full price for my soft drink having to order when i get there, or place 2 orders. Not sure if this is just certain locations, but take it off the app if we can't order it, you don't know it isn't available until you go to check out. Very disappointing!!!

Super slow service, definitely under staffed. Ordered ahead through the App 10 minutes before my arrival for just a regular Slush. Pulled into a spot, checked in and waited another 10 minutes before eventually leaving frustrated

I’d give it 5/5 but the last few times I’ve been by I’ve received a wrong order. Recently, I made an order ahead of time and when I picked it up it was the wrong item. When I told the employee who brought it out, the said it was the correct one according to her ticket. When I double checked my order online, it was not the drink I ordered. Usually this place is great and way better than the University Avenue location!

Good food with quick service. I especially enjoy the tator tot's loaded with chili, cheese, and chopped onions. The milkshakes I believe can't be beaten, and they have just about any flavor you could want.They also take call-in orders, Which shortens up your time picking up your order. And, don't forget the deserts they have to finish off your meal.Kid-friendliness: They have a great kids menu, which should satisfy any kid.Parking: The location is easy for getting in and out easy. Unless you catch them loaded, there usually plenty of parking. Also, they accommodate the impaired. I say thumbs up to Sonic!
