We are a loyal customer to Southern Coop and decided to get dinner tonight like we do once a week to support our local businesses, but tonight we were highly disappointed with our food. We found a piece of hair in our fried chicken tender meal. I was very alarmed since I am not sure if anyone wears a hair net in the kitchen. We want to give our support to local businesses but hygiene is one our most important priorities when it comes to food. Update: Many people only leave bad reviews but we should also acknowledge the good reviews as well, while we had a disappointing experience earlier in the month, we went back, had great service and the food was excellent. We enjoy serving this restaurant with our money and time. Thanks for being professional, understanding, and clear communication of sanitation and hygiene. It means so much to us. 5/5. Huge thanks to Liz, she was attentive to detail and very understanding.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place! Not that I didn’t think it would be good, but it lived up to some serious hype. All in all, everything was great! The Texas cheese fries (queso) were AMAZING. No seriously, I will likely go back many times and have this as my meal. And I really enjoyed the wings. They are on the saucier side (compared to a BWW), but that’s usually a good thing. Not sure the loaded potato salad side was my absolute favorite, but it certainly wasn’t bad. Chicken tenders were HUGE (a 4 piece fed our 3 young boys). Again, just a really solid experience. Would definitely recommend.

I don’t regularly write reviews, but I ate here for the first time, and it was fantastic! I remember Coupe De Ville back when I was in school, so I gave it a shot. Tenders were super big and fried perfectly! Juicy and crispy I’ll be back tomorrow!!

I'm from Washington State and travel for work extensively... The chicken here is AWESOME. A nice young lady helped me with my first-time order (Boneless Chicken Wings w Honey Cajun Seasoning, Ranch dip and carrots) and the food was STELLAR... and at a very reasonable price. Between this inviting place and the ChikFilA across the street, I'd pick this one every time if I weren't needing a Drive-Through (NOTHING against ChikFilA!)!!! Give them a try- chances are very high you won't be disappointed and support local business! (Plus there's golf too!)

I have fallen in love with this place. I travel to Oxford maybe twice a week to three days a week for work. Over the past 2 months, I have been there about 10 times solid. I get the grilled chicken tenders and fries. They absolutly rock! The team is awesome there. They also have a couple of golf simulators in there. So cool! I think there is like twenty different beers on tap there also if you swing by after work. I am a fan for life now!!!
