I have seen cleaner bathrooms on a construction site. 🤢 the sink was so nasty and covered in grime and dirt. There was pee all over the floor in front of toilet and toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. If the bathroom looks like that I’d hate to see an inspection on the drink line. Grossest place I have encountered in a while. Would not bring my daughter back.

I've been here quite a few times. I don't recommend if you want friendly service. Go to shadrad's! if you want good coffee Go to shadrad's! Here the coffee sucks and it's way too expensive and people are always rude!

Sunday morning at 10:50, waited for 40 minutes before asking why our drinks weren’t yet available, to be told that there was an hour wait. We should have been told that we would have to wait an hour before ordering. Very poor service. Do not go there, your time is worth more than an expensive and mediocre coffee.

The experience I had at this location today has been weighing on me all day. This is my hometown Starbucks and usually they are reliable, quick, and though busy, friendly. I placed a mobile in store pickup order for a venti iced brown sugar with sweet cream as the milk and a bacon and Gouda sandwich. I placed my order around 8:05 and it was being prepared by 8:11 with a notice of 8-11 minutes until my drink and sandwich could be ready. I got to the location and parked, waiting in my car until the app said it was ready. Once it did I went inside and did not see my coffee, just the sandwich. I noticed the sandwich seemed a little soggy but sat down to wait patiently for my drink. I sat there for at least 5-10 minutes while two guys behind the counter talked and laughed. A girl walked in after I continued to wait, noticed her drink was not ready, and was then acknowledged by the gentleman who asked her name and proceeded to pull her order sticker off the espresso machine (next to mine and one other untouched) and then proceeded to make her drink. I then decided to stand up to be acknowledged as well and finally was. When he handed me my drink it was less than full and less than any Starbucks has ever given me. Idk if he was having a bad day or just didn’t like me wanting my beverage but it also felt like he had a little disdain for me. It was an uncomfortable experience and doesn’t make much sense to have an online in store pickup option when they won’t make your drink until you’re there and tell them your name anyway. I did not get back to my car to leave until 8:30 and was not comfortable saying something to these guys in the store about my drink. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience.

I waited for an hour as all the workers ignored my presence. Once I asked how long the drink would take because I had a flight to catch I received a rude and cold response with no indication on how long the drink would take. It was simply a strawberry refresher which is literally lemonade and strawberry juice. An hour wait with a rude staff was completely absurd due to lack of complexity of my drink. I simply had to walk out with no drink and eat the charge because none of the workers were able to give me enough attention to give me a refund

This location is out of several items quite often. The location on the mobile app constantly says that almost every item is sold out or unavailable when at times, if you order in person, its not sold out. I am not sure if the store can set it up that way inside of the app? I don't have that issue with any other location. Not sure about the management of the store.. It is a highly populated college town so you should know how to order to provide for the high population. Thank you.

The girl who took my order in the drive-through was very rude. Once we pulled up to the window, she asked us to hold onto her card reader for about five minutes out in the cold what’s that about? Then we get home and our food isn’t even correct!

Got there at 7:14 AM and they weren’t open yet. Was told it’d be another 20-30 minutes. Nothing on the door or windows to indicate a late opening. The Starbucks App says they’re open. Happy Tuesday Starbucks!
