Coffee tastes like milk most of the time. I get the same order at every Starbucks I go to and it definitely doesn’t taste like it is made right. I work right off University Ave and would rather drive all the way across town to Jackson Ave before work to get a coffee.

Literally so crazy how just completely lazy these staff members are. I came on 5/12 at about 2pm and these two ladies behind the counter cannot do anything for the life of them. On their phones and sipping their own drinks even with a line. Crazy. They even didn’t fill my drink up to the top which Starbucks usually does.

It’s honestly sad how many people in this town are too lazy to know what their responsibilities are as an employee, let alone actually do them. Had to come here from out of state to do work, I can understand why they had to outsource now. No one around here is capable of wiping their own a$$.Don’t even start on their service, you’d get better from a wild chimpanzee.
