I went into the Starbucks around midday. There was only about 5 people in line. I ordered a Hot PSL with dark caramel sauce added. And I asked for it to be made kids temp. There was 6-7 people behind the counter, and only one person was doing anything, even then she was talking more than working. She kept picking up the cups by putting her entire hand in the cup, reaching into the sink and then touching drinks, not washing the pitcher between drinks and mixing milks. It really grossed me out. When she got to my cup, she looked at it and then threw it away. About 10 minutes went by and I was still waiting on my drink. One of the workers finally asked what I was waiting on and I told her my order. She then made a latte with only 3 pumps of regular caramel syrup, and poured cold milk into the cup. When she handed it to me she asked if it was too cold. It started to get busy and I was far too anxious to ask for my drink to be fixed, but it was really upsetting, and the standards of cleanliness were not to par. I don’t normally write reviews like this but it was very upseting to have this happen

Coffee is great but staff is always rude, always talking to each other instead of doing their job, and are always scrambling. It seems like they haven't had any training on how to handle large crowds and there is no apparent leader behind the counter.

Starbucks double shot on ice is way better here than the outside Starbucks. For some reason, if you get it from the outside Starbucks, it's all watery and bland but here, it's sooooo good!

Pretty much every Starbucks is the same, but there are two things here I think are worth mentioning: 1) The line moves much faster than you might otherwise think. I've never spent more than 15 minutes waiting, even if thirty people were in front of me. 2) Buy or bring a refillable cup, and the discount is something like 50%, even though their website says 10%.
