Prices are way too high these days. They open late, close early, and if you come in at the beginning of the last hour they get very rude.

Pulled up at 9:40 and dude didn’t even open the door just threw up an X with his hands saying they were closed. Apparently 10:00 PM closing doesn’t mean anything. 8-18-25 was when I stopped. Guess they just make the rules and hours as they go. Hope management sees this.

Been there twice in the last month and both times employees were on their phones. First time I had to keep telling the guy he forgot my cookies and told me he didn't. The second time I had to remind the guy that I got a Happy Gilmore cup. Very rude and took a minute before he would tell me my total because of his phone conversation.

This place is HORRIBLE AND THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!! They are VERY RUDE ALL STAFF !!’ Spend your money elsewhere. I hate they make you leave one star because they need to be closed down. I left due to rudeness!!!!
The man talked on the phone while I stood in line to place an order never acknowledging I was standing there to place an order and another male was whipping his nose place cookie on a pan gross 🤮. Run away!!!
its a Subway. The food taste like every other Subway you've ever been in.
The issue with this particular Subway lies solely with incompetent ownership and management.
This place has the worst customer service of any restaurant I have ever been to. 9 times out of 10, the employees are having phone conversations while tsaking your oreder, preparing your food, and taking payment. They will not, under any circumstance, hang up so they can work or even pause their conversations for any amount of time than is absolutely necessary to aks you for your order, ask you to repeat your order, take payment, make correct change, or anything else that might allow them to do their jobs. One time, the guy was on his phone as usual, and had the audacity to apologize to the woman with whom he was having a speakerphone conversation with bacause he had to cut her off to ask me a question abouit how I wanted my food.

The service is terrible. The workers are very rude. They tried to put things on the sandwich that we did not ask for. The workers do not speak English well enough to take orders. They seemed very confused when we tried to order.

Employees are nice enough, listen well and sandwich is decently fresh as expected.Just slightly above average due to service.Best Subway that deserves a solid 4 star is in Water Valley. Very very clean except tea. Food very fresh yet employees are a bit stand-offish even when using best Southern manners that works on everyone else.
