There was a new crew and they were very unwelcoming and extremely rude. They talked about me and complained about making my order. This was the first bad experience I have EVER had at this location. I left highly upset and displeased.

Literally went to get a quick sandwich 15 minutes before close and they would not even serve me. I think it’s very rude to not service someone literally when you don’t close until 10:00pm and I arrive at 9:43pm. If you you are going to stop serving 15 minutes before then the doors should be locked but you can’t do that because your time states that you close at 10:00pm.

The sandwich was pretty good. I had a foot long cold cut combo on white (cold). There were 4 or 5 people working the sandwich line. The first guy that started the line was not friendly. The rest of the line was great. They were busy and they were getting people in and out quickly. The restaurant was clean.
The big ugly white woman that preps the sandwiches made fun of us to a coworker right in front of us using all matter of cusswords after she forgot a part of our sandwich. She blamed us for her mistake. She's hateful and enjoys hurting others' feelings for fun. Absolutely horrible human being. That's all.

All their card tips go to the owners, not the employees. We tip for services, so I’m not sure HOW this is fair. Bring cash to tip employees if you go pls. It broke my heart to learn.
