WOW. when i say they made my food with love… ive truly never tasted anything greater than the little version of heaven rolled up in a tortilla today. best taco bell ive ever had hands down. also shout out to the workers who were so incredibly nice and helpful

Worse ran establishment in the state of Mississippi. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve waited 2+ hours in the drive thru with maybe 6 cars in front of me. My most recent trip after waiting over an hour in line, I got up to the window where they didn’t even open the window to speak to me for at least half an hour as the did to the four cars in front of me. I honestly cannot see one good reason to keep coming here. Food is either cold or wrong. Save your money and go to chipotle or something

I would literally give less than 0 stars if possible. This is hands down the absolute worst taco bell I have ever been to. The employees are lazy and barely do their jobs. Last time I was there they closed the lobby over 10 minutes early and almost all of the employees were outside in their cars hollering and acting crazy. I only saw 1 actually working. Beyond ridiculous.

With 3 cars in line In front of me, it me 52 minutes to get to the window to get my food, and as soon as I got my 3 little items I began to start eating but of course, everything was cold. The only reason I stayed in line after ordering was because I was blocked in by the other cars on line. And employees at the drive thru were extremely rude!!!!

Service is always disappointing, but with my family here for move in they just wanted a quick bite to eat in between trips to the store. Waited for 30 minutes after our order was placed, still didn’t have food, and the employee was actively eating while preparing our food, hand in his mouth then all over our food. We asked for a refund and they told us “we don’t really do refunds” even though they were completely violating CDC/FDA regulations? we pushed and they eventually gave us a full refund, but this store needs to be inspected for health and safety at this point. 0/10 recommend

I’d give zero stars if possible. Nightshift sucks. Sat at the intercoms for 15 mins for someone to even answer and when he did he was so grouchy. No I wasn’t drunk either. 40 minutes just to get my food. They rarely cut the quesadillas at night which is a huge mess. I’d say worst Taco Bell in the world.
This place is so slow, and the people are rude as crap couldn’t even talk back to anything we were saying and orders were wrong, they have multiple employees and they mess around and do anything but work 🤦♀️

Drive-thru experience was really good. The guy on the intercom was friendly & very helpful & knowledgeable about everything on the menu I asked him about. That helped me decide exactly what I wanted to order. The young lady at the pick up window was very friendly and smiling. I got a crunchwrap surpreme(1st time) and Loved It!! My sister told me about her experiences at this taco bell and she had nothing but praises for the employees there who had went above & beyond there job duties on her past 2 dine in visits there. If your in Oxford this is a Great fast food place!!! We most definitely recommend!

We ordered online and we got there to pick it up they told us to wait and it was about 10-15 minute wait. But when they grabbed it we knew it had been ready since we got there they just didn't want to grab it and when we finally got it, it was almost cold. The workers were not friendly they were just polite.
