This is the second negative review I have ever left somewhere if that says anything.
I used to love and recommend getting prescriptions from here, but once summer hit, I went downhill. I've tried giving Chaney's the benefit of the doubt but after the school year ended, I've been having to wait at least 30 minutes to get my prescriptions, and thats not why I wont be going back. I wont be going back because a girl came out of the side door to get my process started. (Because I was waiting behind another car forever) I told her exactly what 2 prescriptions I needed, and she asked for my card. Since my prescriptions are max $10, I gave it to her. When I got to the window, she asked for an additional card since mine would only take so much off. Why? Because she charged my card a ridiculous amount of money for a prescription I never once asked for, and my card didn't have that much money on it. So now, I have $0 in my bank account and they can't tell me when the money will be refunded. You know... most pharmacies tell you before charging your card how much it will be when its expensive, but that didn't happen. I called the pharmacy when I left and asked to speak to someone in charge. They put me on hold, I told the next girl what happened, she put me on hold without saying anything, and then a man answered with an attitude. I spoke to him very nicely and explained what happened again. He basically told me that he doesnt know when I'll get my money refunded and that he'd call me back. (Which he didn't do) When he said all that, I asked if I could get my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy. He said "I mean I guess so." I replied "Okay, thank you.", and he hung up the phone without saying "Bye" or anything.
So now I have $0 in my bank account, and don't know when I will get my money back. Very rude and negligent staff. It's terribly run, and is honestly worth nothing more than their TCBY. They screwed me over, and will probably screw you over too.
