Showed up and there were only 3 people ahead of us in line...literally AN HOUR LATER and we are still in line!! It's one thing to be friendly, it's another to be completely annoying and talk about your entire life story with anyone who will listen ... we are customers, not therapists. Make no mistake about it...the line that is always here is not because of the food quality but because it takes 30 minutes for the one employee to make a freaking bagel! I left so can't speak to the quality of food but go here at your own risk. And be sure to give yourself at least an hour+ for a bagel.

I really wanted to like this place :( I’ve been here three separate times really wanting to get a bagel, and every time I’ve waited almost an hour and then eventually left because I never got my order taken. I get it’s probably one guy back there doing all of it and everyone’s order is different, but yeah I just gotta warn others who don’t have this much time on their hands.

Such an experience! The food is great for sure but the atmosphere really makes it. It’s very vibey, good music, pinball machine etc. I forgot to ask his name but the owner has such a kind soul too.
