So fire. Best filet I’ve ever had in my life. Just amazing. Definitely a hidden gem in oxford! Our server Sophie was great. She was doing a lot around that place and was still attentive.

Went here for Dinner Saturday night 8:00 p.m. there were only 2 tables with people So they were not busy...server was very nice but the food was Not! We both ordered Pork Chop but kitchen only had 1! Thats fine but when the food came the pork chop was Absolutely Burnt! Could not eat it. The food of my companion was not any better Sorry but this was Not a good Dinner

We had an amazing dinner at Tico’s. Our steaks were perfectly cooked and the seasoning used was superb. The service was outstanding. We’re already excited about a return visit which will be soon. Kudos to team there for a 5 star experience!

Fabulous experience! We had a party of 8 yesterday 5/9/25 at 430 for graduation dinner. Everything was perfect from being seated, our waitress, appetizers, meals, drinks, service etc.
We had a variety of food ordered, from steaks, chicken, crab cakes, asparagus, mushrooms, salads, baked potatoes, wine, espresso martini. Everyone was raving about their cuts of steak on flavor and tenderness.
Atmosphere, service and food was great. Thanks to everyone yesterday 5/9/25 for a wonderful experience celebrating our daughters master's graduation from Ole Miss.

Dined on on 4/26, a very busy Saturday night in Oxford. The meal was excellent. Onion rings were served crispy and fresh as they should be. Steaks were seasoned and prepared very well. Baked tater was served hot and with plenty of butter, as it should be. Bone in ribeye was excellent and should be a menu staple. Only complaint would be that the mushrooms are thinly sliced at this location whereas the Ridgeland location serves them whole. Easily the best steak in Oxford.

Mixed experience for sure. We were seated promptly, the restaurant was empty due to basketball game I guess. The steaks were decent but seared to the point of crispness. The hot plate with butter was a nice touch, steak was still sizzling on it. The bread was not hot and it was tasteless. The creamed spinach was covered with a gelatinous yellow cheese and it was lukewarm. The asparagus that was served with the salmon was pale and way over cooked. When the server brought check there was NO itemized list. Service was lackluster at best. We will not be back.
Service was spotty to awful. Not a huge crowd. Order was taken incorrectly. Food delivered incorrectly. Duplicate card on Credit Card. 2nd time with bad service. Typical college service. Family has been going to Jackson location for 20 years. Stay away from this one.

Food and service could not have been better. Crabcake & steak bites appetizers excellent. Pork chop and fish special (salmon + crabmeat) were great. Service very attentive. Drinks OK. Not wild about the animal-heads-on-the-wall decorations....more of a men's smoking lounge atmosphere. Notwithstanding, will be going back. Good job.

Crazy Oklahoma weekend, knew the town would be insane. The staff was nice albeit slammed. We did wait but the drinks were great (so many people, bar must’ve been 3 deep and the bar area is not big, but the bar staff was working fast). When the steak arrived, any frustrations we had were dissipated because OMgoodness they were delicious! And the skillet cookie dessert made us wish we ordered more than one! Our server Madison was so kind and made us feel like the most important people in the room when she came to our table. We learned that the internet on the Square was overwhelmed by the influx of people which impacted the tvs and the computers these restaurants use for all of their orders/paying checks/cc machines so we were certainly understanding of that and can’t wait to come back to Tico’s!
