Terrible customer service. Entered into the store to pick up a mobile order and wasn't acknowledged for 5 minutes. When I got the cashier's attention, I was given an attitude. I'm hoping that this is a one off thing.

They were busy at lunch time ( as to be expected) and the staff was all very friendly all while in the chaos. My order came out before the expected time and was correct. Overall a great place for a lunch and a smoothie.

Our last visit was a poor experience. My wife and I both placed online orders at the same time. When I got there mine was ready in just a minute but hers was not. I kept inquiring about it and was told several times that they were just busy and hadn't gotten to it yet. However after 20 minutes and my last inquiry one of the young girls took my request seriously and found my wife's food already prepared and bagged sitting behind something on the counter and no one knew it. It had been ready the same time mine was but no one noticed it. By the time we got the food, it was cold and the Smoothie was runny. It was very frustrating especially since I inquired about it several times and was repeatedly told that they were busy... all the while one of the girls was chit-chatting with her friends in the dining area and several of the others seemed confused about their responsibilities. We will go back, but I certainly hope that the experience is better next time.
TERRIBLE the wait was not worth it we sat in line for approximately 20 minutes. The night shift is very rude didn’t take the order until my husband said hello and when they did take his order I heard her giggle because he doesn’t speak english clearly be cause his Vietnamese. Soo rude and it upset him and ruined our night. My wrap was literally sitting in the bottom of my bag and wasn’t wrapped properly I won’t come back here either trash night service. I usually come during the day and they are busier and never this bad. I would be embarrassed to be the owner of this store and crew makes sense why I see new faces everytime we visit . I don’t know if it’s the management or the crew but the owner needs to fix it or maybe hire adults and not kids to run a store

Love Tropical smoothie but they are WAY TOO SLOW. Every single time, and I mean every single time I wait over 20 mins for my açaí bowl. I could be the only car in the drive line and THERE IS ALWAYS A WAIT HERE!!!!!

My recent visit to the Tropical Smoothie Café left much to be desired. The food, unfortunately, tasted rather subpar; the flavors seemed muted and lacking in freshness. The smoothie I ordered was particularly disappointing as it appeared to be very under blended—chunks of fruit were still evident, making it difficult to enjoy the supposed smoothness promised.
Moreover, the atmosphere was not conducive to a pleasant dining experience. Several employees were preoccupied with their phones or simply standing around, seemingly disinterested in providing attentive service. This lack of engagement was reflected in the overall slow pace of service and the indifferent attitude towards customer needs.
In conclusion, my visit to Tropical Smoothie Café fell short of expectations. From the underwhelming taste of the food to the poorly blended smoothie and the lackadaisical service, it was an experience that left me dissatisfied. I hope these aspects can be improved upon in the future to provide a more enjoyable and customer-focused experience for all patrons.

Visited many a TSC over time but on this 2023 xmas eve, I decided for the first time to try some food. To my surprise, I was delighted to find the spinach wrap [-feta] quite tasty. I'll definitely have to try it again. And thx to Kiana for being sweet.
