The barista (sorry I did not get her name) greeted us with a smile and was very pleasant and patient when we asked about a couple of items... she was very helpful and called the order back to us to confirm it was correct. She made sure our food was heated and delivered to us and was super nice. I did not get her name but she is a 10 out of 10 for customer service! Latte and cappuccinos were awesome also, but her customer service will have us coming back again...jill
I went to Heartbreak today to complete my weekly schoolwork, as I usually do! This is one of my absolute favorite study spots; however, today the atmosphere was extremely unpleasant. They were blasting Panic at The Disco so loud to the point that I could hear it through my headphones. I completely respect people's personal taste in music and even consider myself a music fanatic. Panic at The Disco is not within a genre that I'd classify as ideal coffee shop music. Please...
Loved this coffeeshop! Their speciality coffee drinks were named after the Ole Miss football players on GameDay. They show a lot of local support which is nice to see. The coffee was amazing and will do special requests. The staff was well organized and we received our drinks quickly. We will definitely visit again.
