Our waitress Nikki was phenomenal and a true asset for the company. However, the other waitress, name unknown but we will call her Becky, Becky ran our food out and dropped our catfish on the table. Becky told us “at least it didn’t drop on the floor”. I told her we are not eating food off the table, and instructed her to bring us a new piece. She proceeds to pick up the fish, and I told her to not remove it until she brings me a new piece. Becky then returns with our gumbo and then sneakingly and quickly picked up the tainted fish with her bear hand, (against my wishes), walks it 25 feet away to their kiosk station, puts it on a plate and immediately walks it back to us as if it is a new piece of fish. The level of stupidity was shocking to me. If you are going to pretend to bring me new food, at least let some time lapse. I advised my waitress Nikki what happened and Nikki followed proper food safety and ordered more fish from the kitchen. 10 minutes later, Nikki brought our new fish, and then she removed the tainted fish. Therefore, there was no doubt that we received a new batch. Tried explaining this to management but he was not comprehending and was assuming the culprit was Nikki. Must have been a long day for him. Becky needs to be reprimanded, force to take courses in food safety, and ordered to leave her trailer trash behavior and mindset behind while she is representing Walk-On’s.

I had a bad experience at Walk ons. First of all, we ordered our food before other people that were waiting and they got their food before we did. We sat there over an hour and our food still wasn’t ready. We never got our food. It was loud in there and they allowed other people to disturb customers with their rude behavior.

Terrible experience! Our server went MIA waited over an hour for food. To make matters worse our food came out cold. It wasn’t even our server that brought it out. I agreed to pay for appetizers we had and 18% of non discounted total was added to bill for gratuity!! Mind you there was only 3 of us in our party!

A great place to hang out and eat/drink. The Tuscan chicken entree is my favorite!! The garlic potatoes are the best. Every time I've been there, the quality of the food is the same. It's always great!!Dietary restrictions: Staff is very attentive to food allergies. Please note, they fry everything in the same fryer.
Last call was an hour and thirty minutes before close nothing special about the food was just okay.

We ordered online and picked up. My husband had a catfish poboy that he said was good. I had the avocado chicken sandwich. It was not edible. The grilled chicken was rubbery. The avocado was 2 cubes not slices. That’s the second time we have eaten there that the food was not good. I’m not sure what has happened to it because when they were first opened it was excellent. We will never eat there again.
First time I’ve never left a tip on my bill. Waiter was terrific. We asked for one of our guest sons and his friend to be seated next to us. Hostess refused, said people were seated on a rotation basis. Asked for manager, he said he couldn’t get decent help and it was not his job to go find employees. Bad bad experience.

First time at restaurant intown visiting family for the holiday (Thanksgiving). I enjoyed the appetizers and my main entree. Definitely will visit again when intown!

Food was good as always however we arrived a little before 5:30 and didn’t leave until almost 8. We never received refills for our drinks, ordered a beer and never received it, and rarely saw our waitress. Attempting to get our waitress’ attention was impossible, we had to flag down a different employee to get our bill. When she came to the table she said “Your tickets aren’t right idk how to split them up” then proceeded to get our checks wrong 2 more times. The service would have been understandable if they were busy but we saw plenty of empty tables and additional wait staff in our section helping customers. Very disappointing.
