Every single time I go here it’s an issue food cold when I’ve asked for it fresh, missing items, or completely wrong items. If you want Wendy’s just go to the other one in town this one will disappoint you completely.

Ive liked Wendy’s burgers for years but since Covid it’s been an inconvenience to use the drive thru anymore. Honestly I don’t think the employees are purely to blame. I think these timers have stressed the employees out and then that gets pushed on to the consumer and makes for a bad experience all around for everybody.

Saw someone clearly have a mobile order on their phone and was denied their food, made to wait an hour, and then claimed they were harassing their employees. They wouldn't provide names anywhere to complain either. Will definitely not be back anytime soon!

Ate here Sunday afternoon with my family. We all ordered a biggie bag. They had everything ready except the burgers. We waited a little while nothing outrageous. The young lady was very nice and assure us our food was coming and that she will give us fresh fries since we waited so long. Our burgers were done and everything was on the tray. She offered us cookies and frosties. I got a frosty( the pig that I am). Other fast food restaurants, well every restaurant take some notes from this wendys and their employees please. If the order is wrong or the food is cold just offer a the customer a cookie solves everything trust me.

My wife and I usually eat here at least 1-2x weekly. Today however, will be our last. The cashier “Zachary” was beyond rude and fancies himself a class clown. We were treating to the sights and sounds of him hollering loudly at friends across the restaurant, openly using profanity and attempting to entertain and amuse the female patrons. All of this mind you, was done loudly and obnoxiously out in the open. The final straw though, came when I misunderstood the name he called out and was informed “ain’t nobody talking to you”. This gentleman would be better suited taking orders at parchman farm instead of Wendi's.

We were rudely greeted at the speaker. We stated we had two separate orders & she rudely says go ahead with your order. We stated everything clearly & asked for barbecue and ranch. As always we check our bags before we leave & the sauces weren’t in there and she looks at me with attitude and throws her hand in the air and says give her a barbecue. it was an older lady with this attitude. we all work in the food industry and i just don’t appreciate the rudeness. food is good tho! she needs to fix her attitude!!

100% worth the drive to Jackson Avenue regardless of where you live. I went last week before going bowling out of convenience since it’s in the same parking lot area and was immediately greeted so rudely by the person taking orders at the drive thru speaker. She quite literally screamed in a rude today “it’s a great day at wendy’s please hold”….. By your attitude it’s clearly NOT a great day at Wendy’s. Anyways after sitting there waiting (they were not busy), I finally place my order for two of the exact same meals with ghost pepper ranch as the sauce. I get to the window and grab my meals and it’s the same lady that took our orders. Tells me the total and starts shoving drinks in my face. I’m used to people not being overly friendly at the drive thru but the customer should not be nicer than the employee. This was an older lady with curly hair and tattoos. Very rude and gave us no napkins and no ghost pepper ranch. Really just a minor inconvenience to have no sauce but the service was so terrible I will not be going back. Nobody wants to be treated like an inconvenience when they are paying to eat at a place. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anybody in Oxford.

Food tastes subpar to other locations for some reason. Also don't worry about upsizing your drink. They will just fill the medium cup up with ice before filling so the drink amount is the same.
