I ordered wings and veggies sticks Tipped them &4 and they left my ranch out. Unbelievable

Decided to give Wingstop a try and we were not disappointed. Tried the crispy tenders, lemon pepper and garlic parm, they were crispy, juicy and full of flavor. Added the fries and corn as the sides. You can't go wrong with these tenders.

There is a worker by the name of Mariah that is pregnant working at this location and she is very rude. All of the workers look miserable and they look like they hate their job. When I went to this location, there was only two workers actually working and one sitting down on a break with The restaurant full of customers. I ordered hot honey, wings, and mild wings. The wild wings and I have any sauce in the hot honey wings did not have any rub. I requested a refund and Mariah told me that I could not get a refund because she would have to call the manager. I asked her to call the manager. She told me I would have to wait. She then begin to serve other customers that arrived several minutes after me at this point I had already been in the restaurant at least 30 minutes. I asked her how long I would have to wait and she rolled her eyes. She then contacted the manager the manager walked her through over the phone how to do the refund I requested to speak to the manager. The manager asked why that I need to speak to them. I wanted to share the experience and complain about the service Mariah Provided. Overall, this is the worst Wingstop I have ever been to, and I would never come back.

Food was delicious! Place was dirty. Dirty tables and floors. No trash can in the restaurant, besides in the restroom, so that's where I put the trash.

The service was exceptional. I was especially impressed when the young lady cleaning tables in the dining area sprayed her cloth with cleaner rather than the table next to us (so none of the cleaning spray wafted over to us). You'd think this would be common sense, but I've lost count of the times people have NOT done it this way. Also, they checked in with us about our food and told us to let them know if anything wasn't right and they would fix it right away. There was no need, though, because the food was great!

Padding thru Oxford 9:45 pm Sunday. Lady Hung up on me, after confirming that I wanted to place an order. Bad attitude- people who don't want to work should stay home. Understand the 3.5 Review.

Been to a million wingstops and they always get my order wrong or it takes 45 min-hour. This wingstop made it correctly and it was ready in the time said! Friendly and hard-working employees. Very satisfied.

Customer service was horrible as well as the food. I was over charged and made to pay for ranch when it’s supposed to come with my meal. The fries were not fresh at all they were soggy and disgusting

I couldn’t give a rating on the food because I never received it! Ordered through DoorDash around 9:55pm waited an hour for 8 chicken tenders, fries, and fried corn, which I was fine with when I thought I was actually getting my food. Just for at the end of that hour around 11pm I get a notification that my order was cancelled. My driver explained to me that wingstop is out of everything, instead of canceling my order the second they got it and knew they didn’t have anything on my order and saving me and my delivery driver some time. Had me waiting for an hour and my delivery driver ride 15 minutes to go get the food just to turn him around. Absolutely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. Once I discussed this with other people of Oxford and everyone has the same experience, 10/10 wouldn’t recommend!

I understand that it’s wingstop, but my order has been incorrect all of 4 times i’ve been to this location. The people working today were lovely; However I received 8 plain wings and when I told them, they acted like I was mentally impaired for not knowing they were out of the flavor I had originally ordered online. However they were kind, made a substitution, and a gentleman gave me a drink while I was waiting. I just wish they had let me know they were out of the flavor I’d ordered before trying to trick me into driving away without.

Last three times I went there one food item was not in bag when I opened it at home . I live twenty three miles away . I called to tell them and complain if you drive 23 miles back we will give you your food that should have bee. In the bag to begin with. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this WING STOP
