Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I went on today and were going to try the lemon pepper wings because I saw there commercial on TV. I ordered a 5pc , 10pc , at the drive thru and when I heard my total I were in shock and disbelief when the worker said 29.00. I said immediately cancel that. The worker said you don't want it and I KNOW and drove off. ZAXBY STOP THIS !!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAME!!! This was for chicken only there's no way that you should be charging this price. You owners of these restaurants are price gouching and greed in your hearts. I bet you are millionaires robbing middle class people. Stop lying about inflation its you all that has figured out how to rob people and get over. 🙄 I'm not going to spend my money ever with prices like this and pray that others will figure you all out .This is why a lot of businesses have closed and still closing down because of their prices. Stop!!!

Don’t order catering here. It’s will be at least 30-45 minutes later than they say.

This Zaxby’s exceeded my expectations! I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and the team was on top of everything—super polite and efficient. My food came out fast, and the chicken was hot, crispy, and delicious. You can tell they take pride in getting it right. Definitely one of the better Zaxby’s locations I’ve visited!

Soggy fries and chicken tenders that taste like I’m eating overly salty piece of fried tire rubber. Will always tell you to park even for a single order of fries and will always have to make another trip to you because they’ll forget the extra sauce you paid for. Years ago this place was great but no more. Given this place way more chances than it deserved.

Worst zaxbys I’ve ever been to! Last 2 times I’ve eaten here my bread was burnt, fries have no seasoning, asked why there isn’t seasoning but was told they didn’t have any, but didn’t tell me that before I spent $40. I do not recommend this place.
