Sometimes, you just want a good deli sandwich, and Heroes is the place to go. I had a delicious bacon, avocado, and turkey, and it was yummy. The roll was soft and fresh, and the bacon was crispy. Veggies on the sandwhich were nice and fresh. My hubby had a burger. He said it was great and he liked the fries, which is very important. A bit thicker than shoe-string fries, which we both hate and deep-fried perfectly. But two things stand out at Heroes. First, are the brownies! OMG, these are so good. I had to hold myself back from buying the whole tray! Highly recommend these and, secondly... the service. In particular, Jeremy! What a genuinely nice guy! Not that fake scripted nice. Kudos to you, Jeremy, for making me WANT to return to Heroes!

The food and ambiance was very good. Jeff that took our order was outstanding. It's so rare these days to receive this kind of service. He was so nice and informative. He was happy to service us. Jeffery cooked out food to perfection. The fries were the best I've had. Thank you Jeff and Jeffery!

I got there with no one in line. I ordered a simple sandwich and waited. And waited. Another customer came in and ordered. I continued to wait. And wait. Finally the person came to the counter and called out the customer that came in after me. Then I waited some more. I finally got it, got home, and it was a mess. Completely fell apart and wasn't worth the effort to put it all back in one piece. I'll go somewhere next time I am hungry.

I'We've eaten here before, and it was good. Not great. So, today we decide to give this location another try. (we had a Groupon :-) ). Such great potential with an excellent menu and concept. But alas , it was even worse than before (sigh!). It took forever to get our sandwiches. And I just figured out why... it takes time to burn the bread which came with the sandwiches. today. and Brad, it just takes time :-) their sandwiches that"Bland" is probably the best word to describe what we ingested today. I don't think I'll be going back to this location.

It's pricey for a sandwich shop. We had philly cheesesteaks and they were wonderful. But it is a bit pricey. They were not busy and they pretty much left us alone after delivering our food, but we didn't need anything, and didn't want to be bothered, so that was good. The food was really well prepared, not overcooked, lettuce and such was crisp. If they were closer, I'd be back. But I would pray for lower prices.
