“Came at about 11:30 for lunch. The images and menu on Google looked great and I liked the way it appeared to be an old bar. Just my flavor. When I walked in though, I was standing in some shabby-chic deli-style room with hobby lobby retro metal chairs and tables. WHOA. I thought... I got catfished. And this time it wasn't by a man. I could only see one staff member. There was a waitress taking the orders for a table of 5 and I stood in the doorway. There wasn't a sign that said "seat yourself" or anything so, I was polite and waited. 2-3 minutes went by. The waitress finished taking their orders and turned and lett the room completely. It was uncool and I almost left but I came all the way here, so I went the direction she went to ask someone if maybe I am actually Bruce Willis and I'm dead and no one can see me. Through the threshold she went through, there it was! The place I had seen and read about on Google! It existed! I sat at the bar. A bartender greeted me. I'm not Bruce Willis and This is not an afterlife bar restaurant for the unalive. I got the firehouse sandwich with sweet potato fries and it was the best sandwich PERIOD I've had in a loooong time. Omg so so so juicy and amazing and the fried jalapeños were sunshine into my cold, dark soul. The sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly. So yeah... definitely go and stay armed with this new information so you won't question your mortality before enjoying the best sandwich of your year.”

“I treated my team of 8 to lunch today at Off the Hook, and it was totally off the chain great! The food and service were excellent. It was a big hit. I highly recommend the Trigger Fish Orleans and the Crab and Corn Chowder. This little restaurant on Krebs Avenue has some of the best seafood on the Gulf Coast!”

“I come in today and I got a sub free cuz I have a reward that said I could redeem for a 7.5 sub well the guy who took my order said he he could pull it up with my phone number well I got the sub free but then I got home and noticed it took it from my points well I called In to speak to the manager said no manager was there and said that when you redeem rewards for a birthday sub it comes off your points well that don’t make since cuz it gives me a date to use it by and if it was on my points then I could redeem it any time so I wanna know what I can do to get my points back cuz I didn’t want to use them right now since I had the coupon that I could have used”

“Sakura in Pascagoula is definitely worth a visit! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Everything was delicious, with great portions and plenty of flavor. 🍣🥢 Highly recommend!”

“The owner Judy was extremely helpful and friendly. We bought carne asada tacos, a shrimp taco, rolled chicken tacos, and pastor quesadilla. Their tortillas come from San Diego, I believe is what Judy said and they had an amazing texture. The carne asada had no fat in it, wasn’t chewy, best textured carne asada I’ve had since moving to the coast. Overall I give this place an 9/10. The price is amazing especially with today’s economy, and they don’t slack on the meat!! Everything was extremely delicious. Next time I will be trying a few items not on the menu (chimichangas, another type of taco I believe she called Mula tacos, and the loaded potato) and the California burrito. Chow me down is honestly an hidden gem and worth every penny. Only reason atmosphere isn’t a 5 is because that would be lying. The atmosphere in no way is bad, just a place to eat. It doesn’t deduct any points on the experience in my opinion though. (I don’t think the photos I took do the portions or looks in general any justice)”

“My husband and I stopped here with our 2 year old when driving through Lucedale. We were greeted by the nicest, most pleasant human I think I have ever come across. She met us with a smile and welcomed us in, she even spoke to our child. When we told her it was our first visit, she gave many recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered. The burger was so good and everything was super fresh. I would definitely recommend giving this little diner a try.”

“Fantastic food and friendly service! Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The guys was welcoming and efficient.
One thing to note is that there’s no seating available, so plan accordingly. That said, the quality of the food more than makes up for it. Overall, it was absolutely worth the trip, and I would happily return again!”

“Anderson's Bakery was an okay stop during our travels, but it didn't quite live up to our expectations.

What We Liked:

• Nice selection of baked goods to choose from.

• Convenient stop when looking for a sweet treat.

Things That Could Be Improved:

• The service was not particularly friendly during our visit.

• The display cases and presentation of the baked goods did not look as clean or inviting as we would have expected from a bakery.

• The cookies were decent, but they reminded us of cookies made from frozen Toll House dough rather than a fresh, homemade bakery cookie.

Would We Return?

Probably not. While the bakery wasn't bad, nothing stood out enough to make us seek it out again when there are so many other bakery options available.”

“I got the ribs, fries, and okra. The ribs were tender and seasoned well. The fries were crispy perfection. I would probably not get the okra again. I'm not a fan of a flour batter on okra. I'm a cornmeal gal. My mom got the brisket, potato salad, beans. The sides were delicious and plentiful! Although the brisket had great flavor it ate a little dry on this day. We would definitely try again but maybe check some different menu options.”

“This place has pretty good food!
They had us order at the counter before seeing. I got the muffalata, some chips, and a drink. My mother got a Ruben, chips, and drink.

The muffalata was great. I personally thought it needed some salt and pepper. My mother said her Ruben could have used more sauerkraut but she liked it.

I personally didn't like that everything was Al carte cause for a $14.50 sandwich I feel like chips and a drink should come with it. But despite that I did enjoy the sandwich and will be back.”

“Love the sports bar and food but there is a room with 2 pool tables only in it and me and my wife has a 3 month old little girl, we had my brother with us, and wanted to play pool they told me that we could not bring our infant in the room with only 2 pool tables in it but she can be in the main room with a bar in it? I feel like it should be more lineant for parents that want to come and play pool and have a newborn , keep in mind we are the only people that was here at the time too”

“Contrary to Trip Advisor posting the Celtic opens at 0800 seven days a week! The Celtic is my daily regular hangout place. it is one of the few in Pascagoula that has draft beer. The food is also excellent!”

“I work at a hospital in Pascagoula. Mr. Rob dropped off food for the staff at the hospital. It was amazing! I live in Biloxi but his food is so good I am willing to drive just to eat there!”

“FUN FIND! It’s strictly a bar with a great atmosphere. We sat at the bar on a Monday, early afternoon. It was quiet. JR has a large selection of spirits, not just the same old stuff.

ELIZABETH, are bartender, was PHENOMENAL! She was attentive, knowledgeable, and fun. She had great recommendations about town and about drinks.

Next time we come through town, we will definitely stop in - we recommend!”

“I hadn’t had the food from here in a long time because I honestly didn’t know if they were still in business since Covid. But boy was I wrong and glad of it. The Chu family has the best, most authentic Asian cuisine in the area. Maybe anywhere. I’ve always loved this place. Get there and give it a try. You will never be disappointed. Food is steaming hot and fresh every single time. I will definitely put this place back in rotation. Often. Can’t say enough good things. Love it.”

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! “First time here. Food was made to order, very good, and pretty fast. My wife liked everything but said the onion rings were really good. I had the chili cheese burger and even the chili was pretty good. Now we have another place to like in Pascagoula. Along side Bozos Too, Brady's, and Heritage House (technically Moss Point).”
