Love barbecue food
I got the ribs, fries, and okra. The ribs were tender and seasoned well. The fries were crispy perfection. I would probably not get the okra again. I'm not a fan of a flour batter on okra. I'm a cornmeal gal. My mom got the brisket, potato salad, beans. The sides were delicious and plentiful! Although the brisket had great flavor it ate a little dry on this day. We would definitely try again but maybe check some different menu options.

The place is only open on Saturdays and sells out quickly, so calling in early is recommended. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable, making it worth the drive. The hot link sausage is spicy and the BBQ sauce is sticky sweet with a nice kick. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with homemade cakes and pies on display. Customers describe the owner and her family as very sweet and kind, often sitting out and talking to everyone. If you're lucky to catch them in time, Momma's Barbecue is a must-visit for a satisfying BBQ experience.
