I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!
Lakeyia makes this an amazing experience everytime my son and I come here. She's so sweet to everyone and the food is great. We need more people like her!
Friendly people and great Hardees food! Be blessed.

Hardee's is a popular restaurant known for its good food and friendly service. Customers often enjoy meals like the STEAK BISCUIT and the mushroom Swiss burger. Many reviews highlight the kindness of the employees, especially during tough times, showing great care for their customers. However, there are some concerns about the restaurant's operations. The ice and drink machines need updating, and there seems to be a shortage of staff and managers. Customers have expressed frustration about the restaurant's hours, noting that it often closes before the advertised time of 2 PM. Additionally, some meals, like the Chicken Tender Dinner, have been reported as being served lukewarm or not fresh, which disappointed some diners who expected better quality for the price. Despite these issues, the overall experience at Hardee's is generally positive, with many customers appreciating the clean environment and the enjoyable food.
