I went here for the first time the other because I heard it was sooo good. I ordered my daughter a birthday cake that would only cost me around $32. I did not have to pay a deposit and I gave them a 3 day notice. They also said that I could pay when I pick it up.

We have been customers at Andersonās all my life. We ordered rainbow cookies and a Cookie Monster cake for my 2 year olds birthday, while I understand this is not a bakery know for extremely detailed kids cakes, what we received was absolutely unacceptable! Half ass done and COVERED in blue icing with so much food coloring my baby threw up at the table when he swallowed the cake. The cookies also were just covered sloppily in blue frosting. The cake and cookies cost us almost $100 and the cake was absolutely not edible. Iām so beyond disappointed and sad that my baby couldnāt eat his cake. I would attach a photo but thereās no option to do so.

Walking down Market street in Pascagoula and saw this small bakery. Never heard of it but gave it a shot. BEST DONUT I'VE EVER HAD!!!!! Service was friendly, quick, very clean establishment. If you're in the area, swing by. Plus, there are super cheap! Extremely glad I wandered on this spot and will be back many times for some sugary breakfast š!

Oh, Anderson Bakery, you sly little charmer. I sashay in, lured by the whisper of these so-called ārainbow cookies,ā expecting a vibrant explosion of color to match the fabulous aura Iām radiating. And what do I get? Cookies that taste like a gift from the pastry godsātruly, Iām floored by how divine they are, with crispy edges, chewy centers, and a flavor that makes me wonder why I ever bothered with anything lessābut rainbow? Sweetheart, no. Iāve crossed your threshold more times than Iāve checked my phone for a text thatās never coming, and these treats? Theyāre not a rainbowātheyāre a holiday special pretending to be bold. Red and green for Christmas, or green and white for St. Patrickās Day, but thatās not a rainbow, thatās a seasonal glow-up.
They plaster ārainbowā on the label like itās a full-spectrum fiesta, but the past times Iāve come these cookies are rocking holiday vibes harder than a mall Santa in December or a Leprechaun in March. The crew behind the counter has more dazzle than these treats have diversity, and they still canāt stretch beyond a festive tint or two? Iām underwhelmed, Iām obsessed, and Iām already daydreaming about my next haul. Five stars for the taste, a big goose egg for calling them ārainbowā when theyāre just playing dress-up for the holidays. Do better, Anderson. Iāll be backādonāt make me beg.

Great King Cake!
Come early!!
They are only open Tuesday to Friday. I bought a birthday cake 1/8/25 and the cake was dry as a board. I have come here since my mom brought me as a child and never thought to go anywhere else for a birthday cake.
People keep asking me did I take it back. No, I didn't because there is no way they didn't know they sold old cake that day.
They are so small now but I wasn't going to complain until it was also inedible.
The gingerbread men are gingerbread kids. Half the size and twice tbe price.
It's so hard to say goodbye to yesterday
