First no greeting me w/e. Then curse words at the window with employees. No thank you no hi no have a nice day no sorry for your wait. 15 minute wait at 3:00pm on a chicken sandwich. She walks up to my car hands it to me doesnt say a thing and waddles back inside. Answer me this why is my chicken cold and bun hard? I worked/managed for the burger king Global franchise of the year in Missouri for the Drurys a few years ago. This organization this staff this management crew is a joke. Rude and definitely treat white customers differently than black customers. (Less friendly). Owners do you even care. Do you even visit this location?

This burger king is the worst one yet, I had a mobile order and it said it was ready within 5 minutes and when I got there, I waited 30 minutes for my food and there was only one person eating in the restaurant. The employees moved at a snail pace and complained about having to work. Hope y'all read this and don't go to this restaurant. Very disappointed!!!
Front of house very dirty.over half table dirty and couldn't set down to eat...do not recommend stopping here. Try Wendy's next door. Very clean and polite people

Burger King in Pascagoula is horrible. The people that work there needs training. I walked to get food and was not even acknowledged. The women acted as if I was coming to take lunch off their table. I waited for about 5 minutes then walked out. I have never seen anything like it.
You buy with cash and they don't give you change. You buy in the app and they don't give you the complete things. the place always dirty. you always have to claim your food. the employees smoke weed in the parking lot anyway it's a terrible place to eat they should close this location... additionally they make you wait in the parking lot for 10 or 15 minutes always for the food I will never go back...
