This was the worse service I’ve ever seen you guys it is not good to go to. The bald man has the worse attitude and treat customers badly, he talk rude and as a man I feel as he does not respect anyone. My money will never again go to that place as long as he is there. Man this is a shame just to go through all this for an ice cream.

This is the worse service I have ever seen I watched the man at the register on yesterday talk so rude to a woman that was just trying to get a cup of water, you guys she pulled put a $100 bill asking nicely if she can have a cup of water to take her meds, the rudely guy was bald and responded to say that he can’t take a $100. Customers were so confused that they asked to pay for it behind her the cup was only 35 cents. This lady had been giving tips and been coming there for over 2 years. You guys if you wanted to have good service please DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT IT IS THE WORSE.

Purchased a 6 pc chicken strip basket - it was like 3 nuggets & 3 piece of fried batter thank goodness the fries was hot

Lady that took my order eas very polite,was able to answer my questions. Restroom was clean. Place looked clean, Food was hot and fresh as well ad looking presentable . I'll be back for sure. Good job.

Ms. Nona, Stephen, Mr. Mike and Steven. Were exceptional. On the other hand Laura the alleged shift/assistant manager was all over the place yesterday. My order was placed with perfection. However she comes to the front all over the place and walked to the food counter grabbed one burger and gave it to another customer. When I acknowledged her she started yelling throughout the store blaming her mistake on Stephen who placed my order accurately. I addressed her saying you made the mistake not helping the crew at all neither at the drive through. She was rude as hell and very unprofessional if she become the manager I’m going on a diet from DQ

Worst service I've ever had at a drive thru, I was there from 12:10 an finally got my food at 12:32 after I went inside an asked about it

I just bought a large blizzard and they charged me Six dollars way too much I want be back

I’m not one to get on anywhere and make complaints but how I was done today was so foul and literally ruined my whole day. I ordered 60$ worth of food and not one thing I got was correct. I ordered two small blizzards and one was a mini. Then I ordered a bacon chicken ranch meal large and got a small flamethrower all of which was on the receipt. Then I got a salad no tomatoes with ranch. It was covered in tomatoes no ranch at all. Next I got a burger with no pickles or ketchup it came with everything on it. I haven’t even checked what I got but I’m sure it’s wrong. When I told them about it they said “ok” and “my bad” and that was it. I get mistakes happen and I never take the time out of my day to leave bad reviews but I was already having a bad day. I spent 60$ so that I could just go home and do something nice for my family, but now I have to dread going home because everyone’s gonna be mad there orders wrong. When I get home the blizzards falls all in my car and I just had to sit in my car and just cry and have a mental breakdown because that really was my final straw. PLEASE DO BETTER. I hate to say it but your doing the bare minimum most basic job humanly possible and you can’t even make me a burger, get my order correct or make me another one for your mistake. Y’all don’t realize but Some people might not be having the best day either and y’all could make that better rather then worse. Anyways that’s my spill. I will never ever go back there again and I wouldn’t ever suggest anyone goes there either. I pray this place gets shut down. It was dead when I went, that should’ve been a sign right there.

They were out of carbonation for the fountain drinks. The only beverage options were tea, nasty fruit Punch or nasty lemonade.
