This is a good place to eat and get ice cream 🍦🍨 they need more than one cook and they need some cleaning tables after everyone is eating and the 🚻 restrooms need to be freshned up they should advertise on indeed to bring more people into work the service is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful have a great 🌃🌉 night may God bless y'all

Thanks for leaving my wife and I standing at the front counter for several minutes without even taking care of us one bit but taking care of three people in the drive-thru. We took our business next door to Burger King. There was not a single person in that building eating ordering or anything we were the only customer in that building. The manager gets an F- that was unbelievable, like you cannot simply just take someone's order but yet you come to two different people at the counter. 12/17/25 630p you stink at service. We didn't get a single bit of service while we were there.

So thank you, thank you for absolutely providing nothing of value, your lack of attentiveness is clear for you B health code rating. Your 1 star rating though, that's very well deserved.

At first with the people from before i would have given 6+ stars but now these new people that bought the place are fully rude at first when i first seen them ik it was bad news fast forward a few months they totally mis treat workers and customers that short indian man Mr.Wick & woman Ms.Honey up there literally talks to customers badly then mistreated a worker making him do stoole work before these people showed up he was doing a excellent job and but when they showed up they kept berating him then had the nerve to slam a item at him then when he stood up for himself he(mr.wick) fully threatened to fire him and to call his mom but when he gave him her number he then tried to say he’ll wait instead bc he had to figure what lie he was going to tell i also noticed how Ms.Honey kept trying to intimidate the worker by continually complaining about him and how when nobody is looking she tries to mug at him then they tried to befriend the other workers and lie to them trying to convince them he isn’t doing his job i watched and heard them in the back laughing and lying on him and even lied to the worker’s mother trying to flip the story and make the worker look like he’s in the wrong when in reality it was them i ended up stopping and telling her the truth she already knew the truth these people are totally bringing the place down 🤮🤮negative stars

Omg it was amazing, I came around 8:45pm Friday night November 7th... and i ordered the new egg nog but I added oreos! Was delicious, hit the spot and was comforting. And the worker micheal was super amazing and the customer service was excellent!!! Thank you dairy queen for having great staff.. 👍 👌 💕 💖

This was the worse service I’ve ever seen you guys it is not good to go to. The bald man has the worse attitude and treat customers badly, he talk rude and as a man I feel as he does not respect anyone. My money will never again go to that place as long as he is there. Man this is a shame just to go through all this for an ice cream.

This is the worse service I have ever seen I watched the man at the register on yesterday talk so rude to a woman that was just trying to get a cup of water, you guys she pulled put a $100 bill asking nicely if she can have a cup of water to take her meds, the rudely guy was bald and responded to say that he can’t take a $100. Customers were so confused that they asked to pay for it behind her the cup was only 35 cents. This lady had been giving tips and been coming there for over 2 years. You guys if you wanted to have good service please DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT IT IS THE WORSE.

Purchased a 6 pc chicken strip basket - it was like 3 nuggets & 3 piece of fried batter thank goodness the fries was hot

Lady that took my order eas very polite,was able to answer my questions. Restroom was clean. Place looked clean, Food was hot and fresh as well ad looking presentable . I'll be back for sure. Good job.
