If i could give a negative rating they would get it. I’ve never left a review but they def deserve one. Waited 20 minutes for our food, then had to turn around because they forgot 2 things. Mac and cheese and fries. Shame on me for not checking before i left. Got home to eat realize instead of nashville hot tenders they gave us honey tenders. Kfc do better.

The drive-thru is prioritized, but the service at the front counter is unacceptable. Staff in the back are frequently seen joking around and checking their cell phones instead of being attentive. Discussions about drive-thru customers are held loudly in front of dining guests, showing a complete lack of professionalism. The walls are dirty, and the floors are littered with food debris. It's unacceptable for workers to be sliding around while preparing food. Immediate improvements are needed to bring the front counter service up to standard.
Put my order in online. Got to the store and had to wait for 30mins until my order was ready. No big deal figured itd be hot. Well it was hot. So hot that the breading was falling off the chicken and the bottom of the bucket, literally, had an inch of fry oil collected in it. The mash potatoes and mac n cheese was cold. The coleslaw was warm. So needless to say im not very happy. The work ethic and attention to details is far from being fair. I will not be ordering online anymore if i even dare to go back. KFC GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!

I owe this restaurant a hugh apology. My partner had a really bad experience at the KFC in Gauthier. I thought it was at Pascagoula store and posted a review of her experience. That was not at this store. I have deleted it. Please accept my full apology. Now I intend to post it about the Gaither store that I have had two more bad experiences at since. Today was the very last time we will spend a dime there.

I went to the KFC on Springhill Avenue for the $20.00 meal deal, and they were out of coleslaw. Then told me that it would be 2 hours for the slaw to be ready. I was so hurt , but the food was good.
The employees there don't mind working the drive-thru window but they are vehemently opposed to helping anyone at the front counter if you walk in the restaurant. The foods often overcooked but the most bizarre thing is that they are consistently out of chicken!

Stop giving people food that has been sitting cooked for over three hours. Learn how to listen and take orders correctly and clean and mop your floor in your cooking area. Wash your hands after handling money and giving people their food.
