This hurts my heart and soul to post a 1 star review. Krystals has always been a favorite fast food choice of mine for over 30 years now. This last visit, black Friday, I had not had any burgers in months so I was extra excited to get to eat here. Mine closed down a few years ago where I live. The lady who took my order inside seemed agitated with having to train another lady. She wasn't unfriendly, but just not happy in general. Which is never a deal breaker for me. There was nobody else at the store at that time inside our at the drive through. After waiting 10 minutes, I knew for sure I was getting freshly cooked crystals. I spent $30 on 15 cheese crystals. I took the bags, jumped in my car, and we headed to my grandparents house. We could not wait to eat so right after we pulled out onto the steet we grabbed a burger. I was SO disappointed... the burgers tasted like they were cooked hours earlier then kept under a warmer? But then left out?.. The bread was crunchy on the outside and soggy where it must have sat in the boxes a long time... The meat, so dry it broke into pieces.. the cheese I I paid extra for was slapped on after I guess but wasn't melted because the burger was so cold.... I've eaten at least 500 krystals in my life time.. always cheese krystals.. and this by far is the worst I've ever had... and this literally used to be my favorite fast food place of all time to eat 😭 I wish you could hear the crunchy bread and taste the soggy parts and the cold dried out meat 🥺 its gonna be hard to go back to this location....

I am not sure why Crystal exist anymore. It took 30 minutes to get to Crystle burgers that were soaking wet. Not a chance in hell I was gonna eat them. Last time I came to Crystle‘s the food was bad. As a kid, I used to love crystals, but that was then and this is now. There’s no reason for Crystle to exist.

The food was fresh as always! Well worth the drive on lunch hour lunch break that took me an 1 1/2 to get there eat and back to work. Lol!!!

They always have the tables decorated for whatever holiday is coming up, staff is friendly, as someone who grew up on White Castle this is a good substitute.

Waited 10 minutes for the young lady just sitting on her phone no hello or anything. Got tired of waiting and decided to just order through doordash. Waited about 5 mins then stepped to the counter. Only to be told it'll be 10 mins 2 cars in the drive thru and one jn the lobby not including myself. Because cross training is a thing and I don't see any reason she can't help get the few orders out so she can just sit on her phone.
My experience was good. However, it wasn't busy, so why is the cheese always hanging halfway off the burger? And why are the buns hard and crunchy on the edges? These are not specific to this location, but every location I've been to. The staff was very nice.
Tonight I ordered some burgers and chiks. The burger meat and chiks were cooked too hard. We couldn't eat them had to throw them away. I spent almost $40 on food from here, we won't be going back.
Would not recommend even for my dog.
