Waited 10 minutes for the young lady just sitting on her phone no hello or anything. Got tired of waiting and decided to just order through doordash. Waited about 5 mins then stepped to the counter. Only to be told it'll be 10 mins 2 cars in the drive thru and one jn the lobby not including myself. Because cross training is a thing and I don't see any reason she can't help get the few orders out so she can just sit on her phone.

My experience was good. However, it wasn't busy, so why is the cheese always hanging halfway off the burger? And why are the buns hard and crunchy on the edges? These are not specific to this location, but every location I've been to. The staff was very nice.
Tonight I ordered some burgers and chiks. The burger meat and chiks were cooked too hard. We couldn't eat them had to throw them away. I spent almost $40 on food from here, we won't be going back.

First time going here and I deleted the app. The place was filthy inside and out. Old and rundown. Ordered three burgers fries and a drink and when I was finished, I was looking for something to eat. $10 worth of food and it didn’t even make a dent in my appetite. Flavorless filler that did not go very far. No reason to ever return to this place.
Husband had been wanting Krystal. This was a last-minute stop. Food was ok. My husband ordered the chili cheese pup but didn't eat it. It was messy looking. We did wat our burgers. The restaurant could have used a deep cleaning. All of the appliances were covered up. French fries tasted like they had already been cooked in week old oil. The young guy who waited on us was friendly.
Dietary restrictions: None unless doing low carb and remove the bread.

Service is always HORRIBLE anytime day or night. We waited 6 min for food b4 a guy comes to the window and says my bad ladies I just got here what are yall having. We request a refund she rolls her eyes n says the system just went down do yall want your food.... with a nasty attitude only reason they don't get 0 is cause it's not up there 4.40 a.m. us too early to be mad that's the job they signed up for

I went to the drive-thru and moved along pretty quickly everything was great except the buns were not steamed on the hamburgers which kind of kills the whole thing because that's basically what they are known for is having steamed buns

Josh waited on me this morning in the drive through. He was so polite. Definitely a breath of fresh air! My service was fast and the food was hot. Would have given it a 5 but the grits were watery.
