Place isn’t what it used to be. I do not appreciate the service. Walked in right at my pick up time and had to wait 7-8 minutes for the food to be ready, which was fine. My problem is that when the food was ready they placed it on the rack and never uttered a word to me to let me know it was ready. They knew what I was there for and they watched me sit down to wait for the order. I continued to sit there waiting after the food was put out because I HAD NO IDEA. I guess it was too much to ask for them to say “Hey Sir, that order you asked about just came out here you go.” I’ve had it with the service at this place I’ve got places to be and if I tip you I expect to receive good customer service. Not even asking for the best in the world but god dang how hard is it to speak to your customers. I wouldn’t be so irate if my wife and I haven’t been regulars here since before the pandemic. I am simply annoyed.
