Contrary to Trip Advisor posting the Celtic opens at 0800 seven days a week! The Celtic is my daily regular hangout place. it is one of the few in Pascagoula that has draft beer. The food is also excellent!

when I arrived -> I felt immediately welcomed & at home. the bartender asked: “what do you normally drink?” I asked if she could prepare a SIDE CAR cocktail for me. her response: “I have not before -> but I can“. the bartender looked up recipe and delivered one of finest SIDE CARs I have drunken. I was impressed by her can-do spirit, which I don't always find from the bartenders @ other establishments!
