This makes two Friday in a row, both days I was met with impolite women, the two wore street clothes and there phone was more important than doing there job. Both act like they didn't want to be there. The ones who own the place I would put sour puss away from waiting on customer's. Mopping bathroom is more there speed.

The service was terrible we stood there for 10 mins on Sunday while someone who was dressed as a manager just stood there no one came to take our order no one acknowledged we was even standing in the lobby while they was all just cutting up and laughing in the back of the kitchen after just staring at us in the front of the store

Whole effin problem. Got three cold fries, took 20 calls for a manager to answer and then proceeds to have an attitude cause he had to do his job. Pathetic. Went AGAIN on the first on the march 2025 requested the food fresh and the manager sharkisha got an attitude for asking for fresh food cause of the first review.....she was rude and guess what??? I got cold food. She said I wouldn't get my food if I didn't move up. First come first serve is a lost trade for someone who demands $15+/hr. HAHAHAHA These people need a new job. Fore them and hire people who know how to say yessir/ I'm sorry sir....that or trained to!!!! Get these people on a leash Jesus. It's just McDonald's not rocket science

I stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes with employees walking past filling their drinks and talking among themselves. Not one cared to ask if I have been helped.

Walk up to counter. Half of the stuff says back soon. Can't order it. No one at the counter. So I got tired of waiting so I went to place my order on the kiosk to help them out. Then the kiosk wouldn't print out a receipt. No one came to counter still. So we proceeded to sit down at a table for 15 minutes. Finally someone got up to counter. Paid at counter after she figured out my order off the kiosk. Then lady says she can't complete our order for the Macchiato because the machine is in "clean mode" . They brought out the food. No drinks. Waited for my drinks. They brought them out. No thank yous. And gave me no receipt. This is probably the worst managed McDonald's I've ever been to and I've been all across the country.
I go here just because it is closest to my home but it is probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Service is slow. Orders are usually wrong. Employees hate their job and don’t hide it. I love their spicy mcchicken sandwich so I deal with the bad service.
I waited 24 minutes for one cheeseburger. I just got my money back they have good days and bad days but the girls seemed to be more worried about trying to get a guys number than doin they jobs fr.

DO NOT STOP AT THIS McDONALD’s !!! This is the dirtiest McDonald’s restaurant and the workers here could care less about serving you !! My family and I stopped here at 10:10 pm last night ( Oct 21, 2024 )after hours of traveling . The lobby here closes at 11:00 pm !! The workers here left me standing at the counter , looked at me and sneered never walking over to take my family’s order !! At 10:15 pm They were already wet mopping the entire lobby floor so we were slipping trying not to fall !! They had broke down all the fountain nozzles , said they had no coffee , and due to the dirty prep area we all but ran out of this trashy McDonald’s …. NEVER ? will we grace the doors of this terrible environment again !!! I suggest to each of you to move on down the road toward Mobile or Biloxi/Gulfport , DO NOT STOP HERE !!!! WAKE UP GENERAL MANAGER !!! Should be reported to health department due to how dirty the prep area is !!!! D. L. Las Vegas

it took 30 minutes for me to get two cookies and I drive home and bite into the cookie and it’s was cold the chocolate chips where hard to bite into it was so cold!!!
