This place is always forgetting stuff from your order. You then have to wait for 30+ mins to even get it. Just tried to order some nuggets and two burger meals. And they forgot all 3 Large fries, then told us we had to come back up here to get everything they missed. If we wanted to come here we wouldnt have wasted the 12 bucks for fees and tips. Don't even bother coming to this place unless you want to wait for cold food and for them to get all of your stuff wrong.

July 23 around 8p Had a mobile order, simple 10pc nugget meal. The person that was at the other speaker got in front of me after I ordered so they gave them my meal and when I got to the window they didn’t want to give me mine because it wasn’t showing up. I showed them my mobile order which shows it was paid, so I don’t know what else there is to see. Told me to pull up, after waiting for 30 minutes I went inside and asked about it, manager gave me an attitude stating it wasn’t showing and I told her because they gave it to the person in front of me. They finally gave me it, just for it to have 9 nuggets 😂 miserable people. This place has always been trash, mix ups, cold food, but it’s the closest to me, this was the last straw..won’t be going anymore 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

These guys are busy, friendly, and fast and handled my unique order fast. No other McDs handle my order as well as these guys - I'm from out of town and visited here twice. That's the drive through. We had a 4-person order in addition to these 2 trips, and went inside for this. Took about 10 minutes and they got it all correct! I saw several online people come in while we were waiting. Hit the drive-thru if you're in a hurry. Seems like the online ordering was pretty timely, too.

I waited 32 minutes for my 2 mcdoubles. I asked for a refund and the store manager was not happy with me. After this lengthy verbal confrontation, she took another 5 minutes to return with my card. At that time, another employee tried to give me my burgers. I declined, and shortly after, I got my card back and another verbal confrontation. After leaving, I realized my card was not refunded. My synapsis... I paid 7.17 to not have an order filled and to be verbally harassed. Technically, I would call that theft!!

I am a lover of an Egg McMuffin!!! Lately last 2 times I have visited the Pascagoula the Egg McMuffin was spot. English Muffin toasted just right and Eggs Canadian Bacon and cheese all cooked to perfection. Lot of McDonalds half cook the Egg McMuffin. Also Iced Coffee was good.

Slowest and most unprofessional mcdonalds this side of the mississippi seriously. It's like they are intentionally ignorant. Just cause. Waited nearly 20 mins for a big mac and a medium fry guess how busy they were? They weren't. Only reason I didn't ask for a refund is because I didn't want to have to wait another 20 mins.
