I visit this McDonald’s 3 to 4 times a week to try to get a frappe with espresso in the early morning 95% of the time the espresso machine is not working or in self cleaning mode. What’s the purpose of having a coffee machine if you can’t have coffee in the morning?

I literally ordered 3 10 piece nuggets meals at the direct time 12:47am and I literally sat in the the parking lot over and hour after been told to pull around. And she was bringing out everyone order every 15-20 minutes. Poor service

This particular location is horrible. Last two times my family has been, the wait time in the drive thru was well over 30 minutes, today I only ordered a biscuit for my son and 35 minutes later I had to pull of so he wouldn’t be late for school, no biscuit and $6 gone. Prior to this we went in October and over an hour wait and food was wrong and cold. Hadn’t been back until today and this was last time. I will continue the extra drive to market st location where they are friendly and timely.

I ordered food mobile at 12:12, I arrived at 12:20. The lady asked us nicely to pull around to a parking spot and said four food would be out quickly. Not to mention we were the only people’s in the drive thru. Two other people were parked in parking spots. We watched them get their food 10 minutes after we parked, no telling how long they waited. As we watched 3-4 cars pull around through the drive thru and end up parking as well. We watched a worker bring our food to all the people before us and several people after us. At 1:00 she said she was sorry and said the cook over looked our tenders and they would be out soon, 10 minutes to buy and she’s still bringing other people food out. So at 1:10 I kindly asked her for a refund because we never got her food. She gave us one but please do better. I ended up crying because I was so frustrated and hungry. I work in fast food that should never happen.

I never thought I would be angry enough to write a review on a mchicken, but here we are. This mchicken was an absolute travesty and I am devastated. I have been looking forward to this mchicken since I broke my mothers womb. The bread was a cold as the person who made this sandwiches heart, and the chicken itself was unbelievably disgusting in every sense of the word. Ronnie would be very displeased.

This place is always forgetting stuff from your order. You then have to wait for 30+ mins to even get it. Just tried to order some nuggets and two burger meals. And they forgot all 3 Large fries, then told us we had to come back up here to get everything they missed. If we wanted to come here we wouldnt have wasted the 12 bucks for fees and tips. Don't even bother coming to this place unless you want to wait for cold food and for them to get all of your stuff wrong.
