I waited 32 minutes for my 2 mcdoubles. I asked for a refund and the store manager was not happy with me. After this lengthy verbal confrontation, she took another 5 minutes to return with my card. At that time, another employee tried to give me my burgers. I declined, and shortly after, I got my card back and another verbal confrontation. After leaving, I realized my card was not refunded. My synapsis... I paid 7.17 to not have an order filled and to be verbally harassed. Technically, I would call that theft!!

I am a lover of an Egg McMuffin!!! Lately last 2 times I have visited the Pascagoula the Egg McMuffin was spot. English Muffin toasted just right and Eggs Canadian Bacon and cheese all cooked to perfection. Lot of McDonalds half cook the Egg McMuffin. Also Iced Coffee was good.

Slowest and most unprofessional mcdonalds this side of the mississippi seriously. It's like they are intentionally ignorant. Just cause. Waited nearly 20 mins for a big mac and a medium fry guess how busy they were? They weren't. Only reason I didn't ask for a refund is because I didn't want to have to wait another 20 mins.

I only get 30 minutes for lunch. Tried to do a mobile pick up order. Waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes before trying to cancel on app so I could leave but it wouldn’t let me. Tried to go inside but only saw 1 worker in drive thru and a mob of people waiting at counter. Had to eventually leave without ever getting food and was still charged. No way to get refund and worked a 10 hour shift without eating

They close their lobby at 5:30/6 even though the lobby closes at 11pm on their website. Either get up and do your job, or change the time on your website. Because this makes absolutely no sense. We already have to wait in this slow drive thru

I ordered McRib sandwiches and they served them on a small burger bun if you don’t have the proper bun then you shouldn’t sell the sandwiches this is ridiculous

Omg around 7:20pm tonight me and my son wanted a nightly snack, so we chose McDonald's and I'm glad we did because the service was amazing they guy who did drive through was very professional I didn't get his name but he was nice! But the lady who gave us the food was amazing so nice. Her name was mkyia?!?!?! I hope I spelled it right. Please she's so freaking nice!! Great customer service! Never had a better experience then tonight!!!!!!
