I would give -5 stars if I could. Wait time is ALWAYS absurd even with 7 workers in the store. Food sits in the warmer for 20 minutes because nobody will come to the front to check people out. It's absolute chaos and literally shameful

I come to this location very often and the service is usually great. I came in today and took 5 to 8 minute before I was acknowledged at all. The lady that packaged my order cut it wrong then when I asked for it to be cut properly she threw it from the box cut it up very aggressively and wrong again and don’t use gloves to rebox my order. Her is Jennifer at the Pascagoula location.

When a customer walks in, and one of your employees just looks at you and walks off and says nothing. SO you have to yell out, so someone will help you get your damn order. Then the girl says, well he doesn't work the front. Idc, he saw me, he should have said something. Lazy, rude, and absolutely no care of work ethics. Hire new people, who actually give a damn. STOP HIRING LIBERALS, then maybe you would have better employees....

lady with the glasses has no business being that rude. i work customer service and understand that it’s frustrating but when you are rude right off the bat, you need to work a different job. there is no excuse to allow people like this to be the public face of your restaurant. menu was non existent, she was less than willing to help explain prices, overall an awful shopping experience. pizza was fine, i guess.

Went to olace an order waited 20 minutes for someone to come up only to tell me that they only take orders inline or over the phone completely blew my mind never knew pizza hut to operate like that

Well i just left Pizza Hut. My order was placed online. The order was being completed when i got there. You can clearly see the workers through the window at the back. However i stood there as the only customer in the lobby over 5 mins with no one at the front end or to greet customers. I observed at least 3 other workers who were walking around in the back as if on break and one of those workers were MS. MARGO... Since she decides she wanted to scream her name at me later when i told her that i would call corprate about their short comings at this particular location. So if you want excellent service or even welcoming service...this Pizza Hut and MS. MARGO is DEFINITELY not the go to!!! And im sure she reads this and i am still going to call corprate! Have the day you deserve.
Always been a Domino’s customer, but decided to give Pizza Hurt these past two Fridays. Last Friday, the order was put in at understandably a busy time for any food joint, but I was subject to quite possibly the longest wait time for any food in my life. The app told me the pizza was ready after about 20 minutes. I get there and pizza IS NOT ready. I had to wait AN HOUR for my pizza while watching people’s orders that were time stamped later than mine walk out the door. This was infuriating, especially considering I had a single pepperoni pizza on my order. This Friday, it took over an hour for the pizza to be ready and another 20-30 for it to get here. Needless to say, it’s back to Domino’s.

Since Pizza Hut no longer employs drivers and instead is outsourcing to door dash the wait times have gotten longer and just today my order was stolen during delivery but the driver claims he handed it to me and then I got the run around on whether Pizza Hut or door dash was going to issue the refund.

Worst experience ever. In Pascagoula, the whole night crew had no idea what was going on and they all sounded like they were completely high, even the manager. Not only did we NOT receive our order, they kept hanging up on us, would not resolve our issues while playing games on the phone, acting like they didn't know why I was calling. They placed me on hold for an hour and then must have not known when they took me off hold. I can hear them just messing around and clearly not even working. I am continuing to take further measures and working on getting things resolved since they refused to help But, I DO NOT recommend ordering from this company. I have never had to write a negative review but, this was the most ridiculous and childish situation I have ever experienced from a business.
