Owner (lady) has a really bad attitude. Pay $15 for a sub and she barely put anything on it, you have to ask for more and she rolls her eyes when you ask. They don’t even accept coupons! 😂 I go all the way to Gautier subway, they are a younger (maybe teenage) group and they are RESPECTFUL, KIND, VERY FRIENDLY, way better than market street subway!

I ordered a Footlong Black Forest Ham on Italian Herbs & Cheese with extra veggies (lettuce, red onions, spinach, pickles, banana peppers), provolone, and light oil and mayo. I specifically selected more toppings, but what I received was very skimpy—definitely not what I paid for.
This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. Any time I use a Subway coupon (which Subway itself promotes), the same employee consistently skimps on ingredients and provides noticeably worse service. It feels like customers using coupons are treated as less important, which is frustrating and unfair.
If management is reading this, please train your staff to treat every customer equally, regardless of how they’re paying. A coupon shouldn’t mean sub-par service. I won’t be returning to this location.

Sandwich was not made with extra onions because I used coupon. None of other stores do this.My order was rang up before I ordered my toppings. If I had known I would have paid the dollar for my extra onions.
The service is trash. Disrespectful Hispanics female worker called me stupid. All because I tried to use a coupon on my phone. She said she couldn’t scan it and I know it’s able to be done because I done earlier in Ocean Springs subway. She refuse to inform me of her name as well as scanning my coupon and also told me I could go to ocean springs since they scanned a coupon earlier. I WILL NEVER BRIKG MY BUSINESS TO ANOTHER PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUBWAY AGAIN. Also there not the first phone number to call and make a complaint. I am pissed..
