The same situation happens over and over, I don’t learn my lesson. I am done with Pascagoula Taco Bell forever! I ordered my food items with two cars ahead of me. It took 28 minutes to go from order to completion. The drive up design has you trapped. The food was CRAP! Items slopped together and burritos wrapped in old stale tortillas.

The absolute longest and slowest drive thru of any fast food joint on Hwy 90. It is straight up pathetic. Prepare for an hour long wait any time you want anything from this joint. Lord have mercy on your soul if you are even two cars behind. Your existence is now Taco Bell drive thru.

I went to get 2 chicken quesadilla and they gave me the catina chicken because the lazy pos of a manager can't go cook more chicken . And I'm a manager my self at fast-food this is the 3rd time she's done this to us if you don't have what I want say it don't give me this bs .

My husband and I placed an order for pick up and it went thru. When he got there to pick it up, they told him they close at 10 on Sundays. Yet their hours on here, that they updated 4 weeks ago, says that they are open until 2am. The door to the lobby also says they are open until 2am as well. Same for Drive Thru. So, why did we close 4 hours early? Was this approved by corporate? Or did they just decide to do it because they didn't want to work? Who knows, but stuff like this isn't good for business.

Went through the drive thru and I think the young ladies name was Zimia, she handled a horrible customer with such grace and a wonderful attitude. She then waited on me unpaused by the rude customer and was extremely friendly and so was the manager, this Taco Bell is awesome.

It was raining and we were in an 18 wheeler, we tried calling in our order we got no answer… we stood in the rain and knocked on the door to ask if we could order, she walked away left us standing in the rain… so my husband walked thru the drive thru to order and they waited on the person behind him first.. rude very rude

Horrible…I’ve been at the window 24 minutes and about the same for the person in front of me. Somebody manage this place; it’s pitiful.
It shouldn’t take a whole hour to come through the drive thru because you want to lock the lobby at 5pm. And to top it off I received the wrong order. The girl at the drive thru didn’t even say sorry. They are too worried about their cell phone too work.

I placed my order and sent my sister to pick it up for me. Upon arriving to the restaurant she decided she wanted a soft taco and nacho fries. When it was her turn at the speaker she gave them my name for my mobile order. Then asked to make a separate order, the taker asked her to hold a second. After a minute the order taker asked her the name for the door dash and my sister gave her my name again, the taker asked her to pull forward and my sister stated “ yes I wanted to place another order” the woman at the speaker then told her she would have to drive around, wait in line, and then place the order. When my sister asked her why was that, the woman said that “it’s a new rule” ?!? I don’t see why she would have to pull around to make an order when the mobile order wasn’t even ready when she got to the window, there were no drinks available after paying an upcharge for a Baja blast. Will not be spending money anymore at an establishment that doesn’t have basic customer service skills. When asked for her name one employee refused

So I ordered the five nuggets for the first time and this is what I got! Three nuggets then some crumbs 😂 then they are dry and hard just horrible! Plus I ordered two cheesy beef burritos, but they gave me rice and bean burritos. there's no sauce in my grilled cheese burrito. They completely messed up my entire order almost. 😅 the girl at the window had me repeat everything three times and still got my order wrong.
