My order wasn't right. New crunchy taco wasn't available. They gave me a card to get a free crunchy taco on my next visit and when I went back to use it. They told me it's only good for a regular taco. I like the food when my order is right.

I ordered a Mexican pizza with no beans and no tomatoes add onions. They made the pizza with tomatoes and beans, my son went back through drive thru. They mess my order up again by adding beans on the Mexican pizza. I called several a times no answer. I sent my son back up there whoever. Whoever the manager was saying she wasn’t go make my order over. Cause he didn’t say nothing about any beans. When he clearly said the first time no beans, tomatoes add onions. The need to be own up to they mistakes and make the order right. Just a waste of my money. If the manager didn’t want to make my order right. She could just refund me my money back for my pizza. Don’t fix something someone didn’t order it.

Taco bell once again did a horrible job!!! Ordered some tacos and a grilled steak burrito and the burrito was unusual salty. The doritos tacos shell was soggy and all of the condiments fell out and was stuck to the wrapper.... something needs to be done about night shift!!

This place is a joke. Charged us, then told us afterwards that they were out of what we ordered. We asked for a refund, and they charged my card again! Thank goodness my bank app shows me real time- then refused to give us the receipt with the refund info. Total joke. The amount of attitude was unreal, “oh, you messing with the wrong black girl” When I told her she charged me AGAIN. We never brought up race. Just ridiculous.

The new drive-up AI ordering feature is often WAY too loud (especially because I and my partner are Autistic) and hard to work with. Would much prefer going back to speaking with an associate immediately.

I went thru the drive thru. No one in front of me. The automatic sign took my order, then I drove to the window and they opened it held out her hand for my card took my payment handed me a bag and when I said thank you she spoke with a you’re welcome. Mo customer service at all. Then I get down the road and my chalupa was hard as a rock. I had to eat the stuff out of it with my fingers. I wore half of it. I rarely go to Taco Bell but when I do I’m usually disappointed. Today was not different. Maybe in a year or so I’ll try again but it won’t be in Pascagoula for sure.

The same situation happens over and over, I don’t learn my lesson. I am done with Pascagoula Taco Bell forever!
I ordered my food items with two cars ahead of me. It took 28 minutes to go from order to completion. The drive up design has you trapped. The food was CRAP! Items slopped together and burritos wrapped in old stale tortillas.

The absolute longest and slowest drive thru of any fast food joint on Hwy 90. It is straight up pathetic. Prepare for an hour long wait any time you want anything from this joint. Lord have mercy on your soul if you are even two cars behind. Your existence is now Taco Bell drive thru.

I went to get 2 chicken quesadilla and they gave me the catina chicken because the lazy pos of a manager can't go cook more chicken . And I'm a manager my self at fast-food this is the 3rd time she's done this to us if you don't have what I want say it don't give me this bs .

My husband and I placed an order for pick up and it went thru. When he got there to pick it up, they told him they close at 10 on Sundays. Yet their hours on here, that they updated 4 weeks ago, says that they are open until 2am. The door to the lobby also says they are open until 2am as well. Same for Drive Thru. So, why did we close 4 hours early? Was this approved by corporate? Or did they just decide to do it because they didn't want to work? Who knows, but stuff like this isn't good for business.
